In this Chanel, you can follow me in my journaling life. I live in Sweden and makes different kind of handmade journals, painting watercolors and enjoy soulful life. I makes tutorials, craft with me and sometimes you can follow me, in my allday life. This is an inspiration site for adults.
I wish I could think of the right word to describe how I feel about your journals. You say “soulful.” But I feel like there’s so much “time” or history in each one. So much attention to details. They seem like they’re old but are new. Like discovering a long lost treasure. Beautiful as always! Enjoy the lake!
For a first try, they are really beautiful! That one looked fantastic in your journal. I have bought flowers in the past to use in journals just to realize they were to bulky…these are an excellent alternative! Thank you for spending time with us!!❤❤
@@Laura-to2kz Thank you, i’m not satisfied with them, but now i know how to make some. I can hopefully get the next one more like i had in mind. It’s important to show the less good things to, so others can se that we need practice to get better.😉🤣📘👍🏻🎨
@@annelisjournaling yes I can see you being vulnerable with us and with your perfectionism (me too) be dissatisfied with them. Another reason i love your channel!!❤️❤️
How fun! I have to admit I was dubious at first. But your extra touches, French knots, pen markings, make a big difference. The white ones almost look like leather on camera. As usual, I look forward to seeing how you use them.
It is so inspiring to watch you create, I wait in anticipation to see what you will do next. The journals are beautiful, thanks for sharing your process!
I adore your creativity and am so glad you do your own thing, painting, eco dying, embroidery etc. Not a fan of the whole Tim H phenomenon, so many artists journals/artwork now look the same. They seem to have lost their imaginations and natural creativity. You most certainly can make something absolutely beautiful, without having all the new costly latest releases. 😊
Ohh, woww...how many beauuuuutyful works!!! So,so lovely, this little journals!! Ohhh jes,i will defintivly have "an eye" on your Channel, for the little giveaway.....😅❤😊🎉
Yes! That is cute!😉 very cute flip on the pink journal! Two cute flips!! Good advice for making art: “stop thinking and get to work!” Happy to have you back! You sound rested and relaxed. And you must have had some sun because your arms are tan!🤣
Must be my night to watch and stare in utmost appreciation for not just the work that you do, but the tutorials you share encouraging us to try the things that scare the by jeepers out of us. LOL Well, scare ME--but again, that's the perfectionist at work. And I'm my worst critic. It was nice to just watch and hear your voice. It's been a touch of normalcy in my world that's a bit upside down. You were checking in on friends in other places because the weather, the fires, the heat, the floods.....No Fires in this area, but bad weather has found us (it's summer in the mid-west so we're accustomed to weather. Give it a couple hours, it'll change! But--there's a storm in my life at the moment as my spouse was diagnosed with cancer. Totally blindsided by that but we're weathering the storm fairly well together. He'll have his second procedure next week and then will follow up with treatments 1x a week for 6 weeks. But we're hopeful and taking it a day at a time, celebrating the joys that life continues to dish out to us. Did want to let you know that's why I've not been present as much as I liked to be..... But I do so love to watch and listen. And I find great joy in seeing your journals--these works of art--come to life as you put together pages with bits of your soul. So thank you for continuing to do what you do. I'll be watching and listening--not daily I'm afraid, but I'll still be here drooling over your creations and dabbling in some of those things you show to us. Especially in the midst of the storms I need snippits of creative-ness to replenish my soul. :-)
@@melsdream Oh i’m so sorry for the struggle you are in. I will have you in my thougts and hoping it will be a better time. I have, like you, a big bit of perfection in my work. I have workt on it, ond actually it seems like it’s getting better. I can doodle and make fantacy flowers, without getting the hickups…🤣🦋 Big hugs!!🤗🍓🎨🦋
I really don't like when my comments disappear--but I'm fairly convinced it's 'user error' on my part. I did want to tell you this is a precious and wonderful bit of art work that anyone would be proud to own. It really takes on a personality of its own through your creative processes. It was really a joy to be able to watch this one come to life.
I did enjoy the little flip session, thank you muchly. And I'll have you know I yelled NO--TOO HEAVY when you were trying for lace on the back of the flip for the pocket. (The hubby did cast a frown in my direction but all I needed to say--"it's my little gal from Sweden!" and he just nodded his understanding....LOL) It's a good thing you listened to me! Look how cute it turned out with the almost perfect match of fabric and a bit of sewing. You're welcome. 😀 (I do soooo adore you!!)
Hope you had a great weekend! These journals are so charming and beautiful! Love the flips and the pink French knots on your hammered textile….gorgeous!! I know I’ve said it before, but I love your channel because your journals are so full of your art, natural elements, vintage items from your family/farm, and the passion you have for what you are creating! Also you are such a lovely lady.. asking how we are and always being so encouraging and inspiring…thank you for that! You deserve a million followers!❤❤
Oh to just have those sounds....but I wouldn't get much done, I'd be mesmerized by the sound of the waves, or the waterfall, or just watching the ebb and flow...and the critters........ LOL Nope, wouldn't get much done as far as paper crafting. I don't know how you do it!
Anneli, you have been so busy while you've been away. I hope that you were able to rest a little while you were gone. All of them are lovely. Your journals are very well made, and you can see the care that you put in to each piece that you make. I have been finding it a bit easier to work in my journals having watched you share the things you do in your videos. Thank you for sharing these tonight. Enjoy the weekend. Catherine
