it's weird, this band is widely known and loved, but this album and it's history is completely forgotten. if you base that on views on yt. less so than some no name local bands.
The Pumpkins have always been riding the line of being both a mainstream and an underground band at the same time if that makes sense, you could turn on the radio and hear 1979 while at the same time they've got the weird stuff like this and Machina 2 that hardly anyone knows about and doesn't sound even close to radio friendly lol
I've never seen a band take a song and put their signature on it and make it their own more than this. They completely Pumpkinized this song and I love it. So rad!

try playing some shifting arpeggios. They sound amazing in c major for some reason. I got my schecter hellrasier c-7 tuned to open cmajor. GCGCGCE. Straight devy tuning.
Whats the tuning for all the strings? I know theres different variations of C. Im pretty clueless when it comes to venturing out of D. But, since Devin is one of my favorite musicians, I need to get comfortable in C. Nice stuff btw.
