I have followed the directions a couple dozen times but continue to run into a roadblock. One of my two blinds uploads to the Touch, the other one does not. I cannot find any videos which show any troubleshooting tips.
i have a model VSE So6 remote operated skylight that we need a new remote for AND/OR...how to operate the blinds manually. cant find anything conclusive ANYwhere.
I’ve found (not found) Velux products are very well built but information and spare parts are basically nonexistent. I hot wired a 18 year old power operated skylight window motor actuator when it failed while open. Contacted Velux and they tried to be helpful but parts were obsolete. However, Velux are the only skylights that hold up to ocean front storms including hurricanes without blowing open. Just got to keep the young. Good luck!
Hi, 3:40 setting up a master remote. Do you need to you need to reset and set up all individually again before adding to master switch? Previously I have a remote set up to operate windows A+B as a pair. Window B has recently had motor replaced. I want to add window B back on to the master remote without losing control of windows A, C, D, E. Thanks for your help.
People who have never experienced daylight and passive ventilation from above do not really understand its benefits. Those that have, can’t live without them. 🌞💨
I need to do a reset of my skylights and want to pair them to my KLI 311 remote (that should control both of them). Is there a way to do this directly, or do I need two remotes for the pairing process.
My pins are stuck and I cannot pull them. So I cannot remove the screen at all. Any ideas how to release the stuck pins? I have 3 skylights the other 2 I can get off but just this one is stuck.
This is a really annoying way to pair the remote as i just changed the batteries on the remote and now i have to pair it again and the skylight is so high my ladder doesn't even reach. Velux should have a better and safer way to pair remote to skylight.
i have 6 velux windows ggl uk08 each with rml uk08 electric blinds and shl uk08 electric roller shutter. is one KLR 300 enough to control everything (18 controls)?

DIYers Don't buy this product. The light diffuser is very poorly designed and extremely difficult to insert. I have followed the directions every time, but something always happens before getting it seated properly. The diffuser discs collapse together most of the time or one edge will go in but not on the other side. Calling support won't help either. They will repeat the directions and tell you it was shipped to you with the diffuser inside the ring, so it should fit. Of that I have no doubt, but I have spent several hours of my precious time on this without being able to insert it while on a ladder with 2 people trying to position it without the same success as the robot did in the factory under ideal conditions.
Well, every house is going to have a north-facing part. You just have to be strategic about choosing a home, knowing that the north-facing parts will get less light. (In the northern hemisphere at least)
honestly, having to watch several long commercials first is poor taste. when i finally watched the video, i wished i had complete written instructions instead. tiny details are not shown on video

Should I remove the metal ID tag on lower left as is very visible on white framed skylight. Take photo and keep them separate of course. Seems like a very visible place to have installed the ID.
While VELUX does use an ice and water shield in the flashing and installation of our skylight products, the Sun Tunnel Skylights require a slightly different installation method requiring the use of a roofing mastic to create a waterproof barrier. @@veluxusa my installer didn’t seal tube joints, he think it will get too hot, so he left joints unseal, the heat will escape to my attic, so my question is he right about it? Should I seal it myself?

I have succesfully made 1 master remote to control 4 blinds but when i try to make a second one by pairing the first master with another remote, the second remote forgets its original blind and controls the other 3. Is it possible to make 2 master remotes? Thanks?
Hi there, we apologize for the delay in response. The blind in the secondary master is being overwritten during the copy procedure. It would advised to reset the secondary master prior to copying to clear it of any product so it will accept all new products.
