Where in 7/11 do you get the egg salad roll from? Is it in the refrigerated section? Thank you! Love your videos. We're heading back to Japan next year and can't wait to try a new egg salad roll. The ume kelp onigiri sounds good too.
It's at sandwich section, it has to be place in chilly place so it's with sandwich normally. I hope you love Ume Konbu Onigiri!! It's very unique Japanese taste Onigiri👍
Thank you for your videos iNok and for all your hard work! I always look forward to your videos they've become a part of my Saturday morning ritual 😂 I look forward to doing a tour and perhaps having dinner with you as well!
Your breakfast was the perfect selection. The 7eleven ham cucumber and Mayo sandwiches are amazing, and I can't describe why I love them so much. The only thing I'd add is an extra packet of the egg salad (either adding it to the roll, or eating it straight from the bag with ohashi!)
@@foodinjapan2256 I also think I'm the only person on earth that loves the 7eleven corn Mayo bread from the bakery section. And the tamagoyaki.. And the potato salad... And the cheese hamburg in the bag.. Man I'm hungry now.
I did not eat much at conbini when I was in Japan. I ate mostly at restaurants. 😅 I really liked the 7-11 yakisoba pan though, and sweets like cream bread and butter ice cream bars, those were so delicious I wish I could have them again. 😂😂😂 Have you tried the butter ice cream? It's so addictive. 😅😂
This was pretty useful. Espcially the part about the single roll compared to the more popular egg sando. I love the Konbini comparisons and food reviews!
I was mostly around Lawson's the last time I stayed in Japan. My favorites were Kurobuta Pork Bao, spam and cheese musubi, and the egg sando of course. Right before (after) I go out drinking, I always grab a couple of bottles of Ukon No Chikara (ウコンの力). Next year, you and I will go drinking!
Dont appologise for giving us great free content "late", please ! I I am just starting to enjoy this video, its 06h45am in Switzerland on Saturday morning. My breakfast from 7/11 would be different: for the drink, it would be cold green tea (or in winter, a warm cappucino). And for food, either curry pan, the original nissin cup noodle, or an egg salad sandwich (I dont like the look of the bread in the roll at all :-)). And it would not be at 10am, but rather at 7 or 8am the latest.
Nice!! Thank you for sharing!! It sounds very similar and I'm so happy to hear that!! You love curry!! It's my favorite! I sometimes eat for lunch!! I know 10am was bit late😅 But it's so much pleasure to share!! Thanks a million!!
Sorry It's been late!!!! 【Notice】My private tours are available! Tsukiji Fish Market Culture Walking and Food Tour x.gd/hVfa5 Tokyo Akihabara, Anime, Manga, Video Games & Maid Cafe Tour x.gd/MVCpp Tokyo Japanese Local Bar Night Tour in Shinjuku x.gd/xKFY6
I went to Japan for four weeks last year (2023) and tried both. Ippudo was very good, but I really loved Ichiran. Had Ichiran on four occasions, so once every week. Tokyo, Nagoya or Sendai didn't matter. It was fantastic every time. Next time I will try other kinds of ramen too, especially soy based ramen entices med.
@@foodinjapan2256 I believe that it is because Monday is usually a slow day so that is when the chef takes a day off work. I don’t know why it has become a universal thing but it’s funny. Lol
Thank you for the recommendations, I will be flying to Japan in a few weeks and I'm low-key more excited about trying the huge amount of konbini foods than anything else haha. Also it's fun to see how much you are enjoying the food in this video.
find something weird when u shot the chicken part close up your finger is with nail polish but when it is shot with u whole person, your finger is not with nail polish. so is it different person or shot different days?
I got exactly same question🤣 Hina helped me to film at this time! Have you seen my shorts videos?? She shares wonderful Japanese food!! And I'm making famichiki video right now!! This is Hina!! ru-vid.comB6w2ehD03Rc
Thanks for the video. I'm looking forward to going to Japan again in August. Btw, your Lawson sticker at the upper left side has a mistake. Some letters are mixed up...
Wow that's horrible mistake 😨 I did not even realized that😓 Thank you for sharing... I can do nothing for this anymore😭 BTW, thank you for watching my video!! I hope you have wonderful time in Japan!!
My family just returned from Japan, and we tried many of the foods in this video! My daughter LOVED pizzamon, and was by far her favorite konbini food. For me the egg salad sandwich at 7, and the custard taiyaki fish from Famima were my favorites!! We ate at konbini a lot because of the convenience and price 😊 and loved our time in Japan!!
Thank you for loving Japanese food😁 I hope you had wonderful time in Japan😆 We are always waiting for you to come back and prepare lots of great Japanese food👍
I watched this video before I went a while ago and now I am rediscovering it when I’m back home 😭 I got the minced meat onigiri before at a family mart, I think other stores have been doing that flavor. It was good
Thank you for watching😁 Japanese Convenience store Onigiri is sooooo good😆 we can have seasonal Onigiri so those are also fantastic🤩 I love minced chicken too👍
Hey wanna stand out from the rest of the convenient store youtubers? STOP recommending tamago sandwiches and tuna mayo onigiris. I get it's delicious and an easy gateway to Japanese sandwiches and onigiris but conbini's have so much more variety to offer I see so many youtubers overlook. Show us something different.
I got it!! You're right!! I'll do it for next time!! but please just remember.... not all the people know about Japan like you so I try to share very common to eat stuff even if they are famous enough on RU-vid👍
I think I would have to try high level spice on first visit to taste the balance of miso flavor and the heat,,, but I really want to experience oni level 😋🔥
Sorry, a stupid/unreleavant question: when you eat and review the fried chicken from Family Mart (which is also my favorite), in the close up, its womens hand with painted nails who is holding that fried chicken, and not your hands. Do you have somebody with you when filming, or did you use those close ups from another persons video or am I missing something ?
That's a great point of view!! I was waiting for somebody to tell me about it!! BTW, Have you seen my shorts videos on RU-vid?? That's Hinas' hands!! She helped me holding Famichiki!! This is giving it away, I will share famichiki shorts video very soon so at that time, she helped me!! This is Hina!! ru-vid.comB6w2ehD03Rc
I look forward to see this video, thanks for it iNok ! Your channel is really great and I always like to see your videos. For me, I usually go to the conbini which is closest to my hotel, or where I happen to be, when I want a drink, a ice cream etc. I only go to a certain conbini for 2 dishes: to 7/11 for currypan, which I love / and to Family Mart for fried chicken.
Other than that - if I want food from a conbini, it will be either onigiri (tuna being a favorite), edamame, sandwich (egg being the favorite), instant noodle (I like to try "strange" looking ones) and snacks (here also, I like to try new/strange looking things).
@@swissfoodie3542 Thank you for wonderful comment!!!! I see you love Japanese conbini a lot😁And I'm so happy to hear that!! Thank you for loving Japan🥰
Great video iNok! I loved 711 there was one next to my apartment when I lived in Edogawa City! the staff was always so friendly to me, I used to got a lot of おにぎり and 肉まん! but I do like Family mart for Famichicki! if you offer private tours or if you have time I would love to go to a restaurant together when I am in Japan!
on the package of the onigiri, it looks like family mart has 4.7g of protein and lawson has 5g, and 7/11 has 5.1g which might show the amount of tuna, which matches what you said!! ツナマヨサンドは日本でも売ってるかな?今年日本でツナマヨおにぎりやメロンパンが食べてみたいから面白い動画だった!お疲れ!
I really love your konbini food review! I cant wait to come back to japan in 3 months to try them all again 😂 especially the famichiki, its a must to get for me everytime i go to japan! oh btw im not sure if it was a mistake/typo but i think you put Lawson as LWASON in your video??? 😅
There’s the new combini video! Nicely done. Each convenience store has a specialty that is better than the other 2, but they all have great quality items.
