We love cruising , we cruise 2-4 times a year. Ryan and Matthew cruise Carnival and Art cruise Royal Caribbean. We all cruised one Norwegian but went back to our original cruise lines. We will try to share our experiences and tips we learn on our many cruise journeys.
Im going on this cruise and an 17 I kept watching videos about the cruise but I was never able to find any teen stuff, but this video at least helps me and my cousin a little, with the look of things, when I turn 18 I'm not sure what I'm going to do though.
My son is now 19, it was a transition his first cruise without club be he adjusted. Spend time on lido and in Market place will help. You can always walk by the 15-17 yr old club too.

That club o2 is one of the worse ones, too many tvs for games and not enough lounge space. At times some sailings have upwards of 500 teens sailing and just imange that many in that small space. It’s a disaster. Also depending the kids on the sailing food is not allowed in club 02 unless the youth coordinator make an exception so guys burgers is next door but not allowed in. Also because it’s in a high outdoor deck it’s very windy at night. Overall it’s-way to sectioned off in the inside as well.
It's not a balcony, it's a patio. It was great. Quite, saw my neighbors twice. Only seen people walk by a few times. I loved it. This was on the Vista in 2018.
The best 2 hours I spent in Bermuda were spent at Woody's. The joyfulness I experienced there was infectious. I knew nothing about it beforehand except that, unasked, one taxi driver and one boat driver each said, "You gotta go to Woody's. Everyone from the dockyard eats there." So later that day I hopped into a cab (7 minutes from the dock) and my family and I were greeted with great music, an invitation to dance from the bartender outside, and warm smiles and laughter from the folks around the bar. The rum punch was strong and their famous fish sandwich was one-of-a-kind. I'm not really a fish eater, but I always try the local dish. Fried wahoo with herbs, cheese, coleslaw, and Tabasco piled between 2 slices of raisin bread toast sounds like something from a fever dream, and it will win no gourmet award, but it was delicious, quick, filling, fun, and authentic. Expect nothing more than a simple, good time and you will enjoy yourself mightily!

Did you feel like the portions were a good size? I've looked at lots of videos and they seem small compared to what you get at a traditional Hibachi restaurant. We will be on the Mardi Gras in a few weeks. Also, did you have the lunch teppanyaki or dinner teppanyaki?
We've got our first Carnival cruise (and it's on the Mardi Gras) coming up in a little under two weeks and will be staying at Hampton Inn. We've seen tons of videos on the ship but were curious about the hotel. Your video was really helpful, thanks!

It had dumbbels. I don't think I've seen plates or bars on any ship. I think I caught glimpse of nautilus-type machines to hit the major muscle groups.
