Very cool. I just won the green jersey today in Watopia and almost hit 1500W! Video here: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-mOYW0KrSo1Q.html
I hope you are considering having a forward facing camera. I also thought that a rear camera was really important but most of your conflicts are going to be coming from the front. Personally I run 3 cameras because my commute is just crazy. I haven't released my own footage from my crash that happened 1 week before your own. Mine was near Ogden. I won't say glad you are okay, I will say glad you are not dead.
Pedal Traffic I do have a forward facing camera, it’s battery had ran out though because it was my headlight during the several hours of riding before this happened, and it had gone into a blink only, no record mode for safety. Stay safe!
Are you on a roller or a trainer? I'm looking to equip myself to start training indoor. Any advice on what i should get to be efficient and be able to run this game well? Is a powerMeter a must if not any advice on cyclometer? Thx. Nice vid!
Hi Nekya! I'm on a trainer, specifically a Kurt Kinetic Rock and Roll (which allows side to side movement), and I use a Stages Power Meter as my power source for the game. A power meter is not strictly required, although for anyone who is getting serious about their training, it's the best tool you can have. For those people I typically recommend some sort of a "dumb" trainer, and a power meter, which then allows you to get power information for your outside rides as well, and is a typically less expensive than getting a "smart" trainer. The simplest and most cost effective way to get started is to get any trainer, and use a speed sensor (I'd recommend a Wahoo speed sensor) on zPower. Zwift actually has a pretty good resource on exactly this topic, check it out: zwift.com/get-started/
Hello. I'm trying to make the Dynadock u3.0 work with my Macbook Pro from late 2011, but without results. Running on Yosemite. Can't seem to make anything work. Have tried the latest displaylink driver v2.5 but without results. Any idéas if anyone read this old thread.
Justin,I have this same Dyna Dock but have had it running on a Samsung Lap top. I am now trying to convert it to a MacBook Pro with Retina ( brand new). I am having problems. I downloaded drivers from Display link but only one monitor works. Any ideas for me???
Lauri, I personally haven't been using the display driver on this with my Mac, because my MacBook Air is older and only has USB 2.0 which makes refresh rates really slow. So I can't say I've tried using both monitors via a Mac recently. My suggestion would be to poke around on the DisplayLink site (www.displaylink.com/support/mac_downloads.php) and read what they say about current issues with the Mac driver, it's my understanding that there are some underlying bugs that Apple has introduced that Apple has yet to address, however I have not validated that fact personally.
am i the only one who has to unplug the dock AND uninstall the drivers in order to play games in full screen even on my laptop screen without it flashing and going crazy? tested on halo and WC3
Did you have to install software to get the audio and ethernet to work on the mac air? The video driver does not launch, any advise from all the traffic you have seen? Work perfect on my sony laptop and on the tablet
I would highly recommend using a machine that has USB 3.0 support. To drive two external monitors at 1080p takes quite a bit of bandwidth, and while USB 2.0 can handle it, the experience is quite poor.
I can't say I had any troubles like that. So I'm not sure what's going on. Have you tried contacting the DisplayLink folks? They are the ones that make the driver and can probably be of more support.
Justin - I have bought the dynadock u3.0 for my macbook air. When I install the driver, it appears that nothing is happening. I plug in the dynadock and do not get the ethernet options or the display options. Any help would be appreciated. You could email me @ ryanfluharty@gmail.com!
You need to get the Mac Drivers from DisplayLink www.displaylink.com/support/mac_downloads.php you should be aware that there are currently some issues with OS X Mavericks that this driver exposes www.displaylink.com/support/ticket.php?id=354
I used the DisplayLink drivers www.displaylink.com/support/mac_downloads.php However, with Mavericks, there are enough bugs (which DisplayLink claims is an issue with OS X www.displaylink.com/support/ticket.php?id=354) that I haven't used it on my Mac since I first tried after upgrading. So basically, it will work well unless you are on the latest Mavericks OS X.
I had to watch the whole thing and it wasn't quite as creepy lol. I think if you do another memorize the script, as time consuming as this may be I guarantee your performance will improve also the looking in the one area is just odd. On a positive note the hick pig is my favorite!
Aubrielle and I had a great laugh, Benson was a little more sympthetic and kept saying, "Owie, owie". Great video though. And I do love the song at the beginning, it'd be better if I knew what you were saying though....lol.
hahahahhaahha! You are such a dork! I can't wait for you to bring that dorkiness back to the US of A! My favorite part, beside the song at the first and the moaning and groaning is all the Spanish near the end. Sounds great! See you sooner rather than later! Carrie
