I do RU-vid simply to share things. It's like fighting an endless war, there is no end in sight but the hope that success will come keeps me going. So I post in hopes that people see it and even if people don't, I keep posting more anyway. That's just how I do it. Which is why I don't want shoutouts or promotion. I feel like if that happened then it wouldn't be as fulfilling to upload. I find it more satisfactory if someone came across the channel and subscribed because they wanted to or they liked the content. Not because someone told them to. Which is why I don't have an intro or an outro. :)
I don't know. I usually heart everyone's comment. I just didn't really know what to respond with. I guess it's a way of saying that I saw the comment when I don't reply :)
Yes, it is its own game. It's called vintage story. From what I've heard on their homepage it was actually intended to be a mod for Minecraft but because they couldn't do it in a way that they wanted to they decided to make it into their own game. :)
Yeah, going back and watching this it is pretty funny, the rage. Thankfully, I'm not on that piece of shit provider anymore. I'm not with starlink, and my God is it better. :D
@@HaydenJohnski I just got brightspeed, but I live dead ass in the middle of town. I've heard nothing but good things about it from people I know who live in town. I hope my experience is not bad with them. This shit is funny asf! The sheer rage! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
@@paradiddle5150 Yeah, it sucks when you live in the country. They get away with tethering your signal because there's nothing else to use. Until satellite was available, honestly, I was basically lighting $60 on fire every time I paid for internet. I'd rather double that for satellite than pay for something that barely works at all. When I uploaded with that service, it took if I was lucky 4 hours for a half-hour video. If it didn't cut out, but that's behind me. I'm happy I have a better service now. :D
@@HaydenJohnski Dont you remember me? I’m the guy from you’re streams and one time I wanted you to play Adofai(or “a dance of fire and ice”) but you never did ):
@@spejarnspelar7867 I actually did buy it on Steam. I just have to find time to play it. Work and editing have gotten in the way, and it depends if my other friend has time. Don't worry, we will play it eventually. Though it will be a video, not a stream. Also, yes, I do remember you. I just don't know what "adofai" means. :)
Did I ever tell you the definition of insanity? Insanity is doing the exact, same, fucking thing, over and over and over and over again, expecting shit to change.
If you mean by us arguing with each other, then that's pretty funny. At the end of the day, we're all good. Usually, the heated moment will last like 10 minutes and then we're good again. :]
lol I'm 1.5h into my most recent run and about to fight plantera. Not to mock or anything, I myself aint even a pro player but jist so you know, you guye have a lot to learn before people would find your gameplays fun to watch. Atm it seems like watching a low elo league match xd
I've known this for years. The problem is I'm not skilled at editing. I kind of just play to play and I have fun with anything. A lot of my videos are boring and out of the 500 that I've done, only 23 are really ones that I'm proud of. :) (he's also never played the game before. Where as, I have almost 1300 hours. :D)
That's a matter of opinion. Perhaps your insecurities about yourself has led you to insult others to make yourself feel better. Consider counseling. :)
I am honestly shocked that I got a clean sweep in this game. I didn't think I would win all six in a row. Usually when I play this I end up screaming at my TV. :D
I'm not sure. I can ask him how he set up his server. I know that there is a built-in server with the game but it's not very good. I'll ask him and get back to you when he answers. Also thanks. :)
All right he said it was something called gportal. For him he pays for the server every 3 months at 25 bucks. The servers are well-maintained we've only ever had one time where the server went down and the only crashes were from stuff in game. But vintage story when the game crashes it only happens client side in the chunk that someone is in. We haven't done a server with mods or world edit creative mode yet so I don't know anything about that. He also says that vintage story does have their own servers on their website but we haven't tried those yet. A good thing to know is that with gportal it's not a renewable subscription. Depending on what time interval selection you go with they will give you an email saying that you need to pay again which will continue your service. The problem is if you don't do that within the time frame they give you then the server goes down and so does the world. so make frequent backups in case that does happen. Sorry for the long message just wanted to make sure you got all the information. :)
Yeah, this happens sometimes but at the end of the day it's a game, and we're over it by the end of the stream/recording. It's especially fun when we play on split screen. :D
Awesome content brother, but can you just put a high pass filter EQ on your microphone when editing because there is a lot of bass sometimes when you press your keyboard. I can get annoying sometimes :)
