@Bi_Nhan I think I cast before the inside diameter of flask was settled at 945.f in other words the flask was much hotter than the desired 945 I should have waited a bit longer for inner flask to match oven temp. I use the centrifugal casting aka spin casting. Same flask temp as vacuum? Just triple checking I am loading up another flask and trying to get a perfect cast

@@grillzbytroy8870 I leave the flask in an oven at the casting temp for at least 1 hour. I have never used centrifugal casting so im not sure, but i guess it should be the same.

Hi there For example , if a jump ring ID is 3mm then its max thickness should not be too close or over 1.40mm, so when you hook 3 links together , they not gonna get stuck. 2) if a link is weight 1dwt so 19 links=1oz You will have to make it in order to know the exact number. Hope that helps

OK it does make sense if the ID was 3 mm anything larger than 1.4 would bind yes I understand, you get what I'm asking its if I have say 27 grams and I want a rolo chain 600 mm long how do I work out wire and link Dia to use up every bit of silver or gold ,that's the calculation I'm having difficulty with. I just got a rolling machine I can't wait to try it out.
