do you think if the shoes is 1 size bigger, the carbon plate might not hurt the toes? assuming your toes is at the back and the steep curve is on the front?
Hello, do you recommend this shoes for heavier runners? I mena, does it have a good protection for knees? Im choosing between these and On Running brand shoes with clouds, which are more than twice priced. Thanks
This shoe definitely has more cushioning and protection than ON shoes and at way lower price, but at the end of the day you need to fit it and feel comfortable in the shoes.
Hi Marek, in our opinion this shoe definitely has better cushioning than ON, but at the end of the day you will need to fit them on and decide for yourself what will work best for you.
That is so interesting, I guess I'm one of the people that thought that the caffeine gives you the boost, So I have a question, if I was drinking a gell or supplement that gives me about 60mg of caffeine every 30-45min (thinking that that is where the energy comes from) but no carbs and very little salts whilst running an endurance trail race of 42km, it wont really be helping or benefiting me whatsoever, in fact it could just cause GI or other issues?'I'd just be basically over dosing on caffeine?
If you keep adding a lot of caffeine to your diet without needed carbs your system will crash as there is no fuel to burn. Yes your body can burn fat, but the conversion for that to happen is a lot longer and will not be a pleasant feeling until the transition takes place.
