This project and its Sales team are facing major issues with both professionalism and efficiency. My recent interactions have been extremely frustrating. Although I was ready to discuss pricing, the Sales team consistently avoided the topic for almost two weeks, even after I had paid the token amount. It seems they are unclear about the exact pricing for the flats and are still assessing market trends. I visited the project 2-3 times, and each visit yielded inconsistent information on pricing, parking, water supply, electricity management, and other details. During my visit yesterday to finalize the pricing, the Sales team initially refused to provide it. When they eventually did, the price was 6-7 lakhs higher than what was previously quoted, though the salesperson denied any discrepancy. When I questioned how I could book a flat without accurate pricing, the discussion turned into a heated argument. To make matters worse, they sold the 3BHK unit I had on hold to someone else without any prior consultation. This unit was on the refugee floor, with only three units available in the newly launched B3 building. Despite the project's luxury image, the team and management lack professionalism.

Ek number ka chutya investment hai. Rates are more than 10000 rupees per sqft which is tooo high. Not at all worth in grampanchayat. Also after this it will cost you min 5000 per sqft construction cost. So total cost to build home is 15000 per sqft. This is all making fool to people. Don't at all invest you will be in trouble.

And considering this the price of 1280 sft 2bhk in woodscapes is 1.35cr+ 10 lakh interiors which is 2.6% rental return if rent is 32000 rs per month. Is this price worth it for the projevt given low rents and far location?
