Dear brothers, we reach people by going out. Let's not hope that someone comes into christian public meeting by chance. The gatherings in the light of the new testament are always for the saints, not for the outsiders. I do not suggest to make gatherings private bit I want to encourage to take Jesus seriously when he told us to GO to all nations. Athanasius rejected penal substitutionary atonement because if Jesus was literally forsaken on the cross then he wasn’t bound to the father eternally in a trinity. The two ideas are oil and water. Jesus is the mediator between God and man.
If God fathered Jesus, then he cannot be the Messiah of Israel. The Royal Seed were males only (see 2 Kings 11:1-3). Jesus' mother's genealogy is disputed and is irrelevant.
Your present the simple "premilennial" view that us "uneducated" Baptists have believed since at least the times of the Waldensians, pre-dating the 16th century Reformation. Just don't forget about the destruction if this heaven and earth and the new heaven and new earth focusing on New Jerusalem being joined toward the end of Revelation. Do you find that the Post-mil or maybe more specifically the amil ideology came from "replacement theology" following th3 desolation of Israel?
This is why every translation should have translator notes like the NET does. The NET full notes edition has really opened my eyes to the flaws and strengths of each translation. Even the NET is not perfect. I just respect the transparency.
