For those who are about to travel to Myanmar, if you are watching this video, the rate is now something near 1US = 4500 MMK. FYI , not to be scammed by junta's corrupted bank.
Dude, Tommy reached out to you because he was really concerned for your safety. Look at how he wished you “God bless you” multiple times. He couldn’t talk anything because when you cluelessly post this video with his explanation in it, he could be sent to prison or worse, even be slaughtered. You didn’t prepare anything despite travelling to a country at war. It was combination of sheer luck and nice helping people that you made it through with 50$ cash in hands! 😂what a level of ignorance.
Every time emptiness manifest, know this:You belong not, simply because: John 15:19 (KJV) If ye were of the world, the world would love his own: but because ye are not of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, therefore the world hateth you. you are CHOSEN OUT from this world, TO DO THE WLL OF YOUR HEAVENLY FATHER in this world: Matthew 7:21 (KJV) Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven. the emptiness which we shall feel inside our souls, is GOD`S quiet voice, calling us to SEEK HIM, TO GET TO KNOW HIM TO UNDESTAND HIS WAYS TO ALLOW HIM BACK INTO OUR LIVES.
Thanks for the video. One correction. There is only Varna system in Sanataa Dharama. Caste is a Portugese word introduced by the britishers so they can divide and rule India. There no Hindu word either. Invaders from the middle eastern countries labeled people living beyond "Sindhu rivers as Hindu as they could not pronounce "Sa" in Sindhu. There are 4 varanas. They are all equal. There is no heirarchy, that one varana is above the other. If you have 4 children, then each of them can belong to 4 varana system. One child who studies and teaches scriptures and follows certain code of conduct can be called as a "brahmin". Similarly another child who likes to protect dharma and country can be called as a "Kshatriya". Another child who likes to engage in trade or protect cows, or who does farming is called as a "Vaishyas". Another child who provides service and gets compensated for that work such as an employee earning salary is called as "Shudra". In one lifetime, you can be a Brahmin learning and teaching. Later in your life you can be Shudra and work in a company and earn money. After some years you can start a business like a Vaishya. If you defend the country then you are a Kshatriya. You can switch between varanas.
@@ashitamalkani3845 You are welcome. Please spread this small information among your friends so we become more aware. Non-hindus constantly bash us on this topic. So you are aware, we can respond better,
During Mughal Muslim empire rule main shiva idol destroyed & a mosque was built beside Kashi temple, seeing that many other shiva idols were kept hidden from Muslim invadors, thus you can see this idol keep beneath ground.
by birth brahmin is a cultural adaptation , in the vedic texts there is no bar for any varna to be a brahmin, you just need certain qualities to be a brahmin. portuguese invaders used the term caste for the first time . the colonial historians did all they could to distort the scriptures and spread wrong info among the masses and also in foreign land , one such bastard was Max muller , who wrote in his letter to his wife on how by attacking the culture he could destroy the spirit and could easily convert people to christianity. Sadly our govt has till now not done anything to bring the truth to the front and that is why the foreigners still know what has been presented to them , the worst part is that our own people has been so colonialized mentally and culturally through decades of christian missionary activities supported by colonial education system of macaulay that they themselves crave for foreigners validation and appreciation .
@9:18 ....its not a caste system... Its Varna system.. Caste system would mean restrictions to become a Brahmin... However, anyone who is capable to learn the shastras & is pure in all respects can become a brahmin... There is free movement between different Varnas( Brahmin, Kshatriya, Vaishyas, Shudra) Its like studying and getting a qualifying degree...
I agree with this 100%. I am so happy that you mentioned this. Please spread this message to everyone. Anyone can be a brahmin or Kshatyia, or Vaisshya, or Shudra. They are all equal. None of our shastras mentioned that Brahmin was superior. Someone during the british time, they created a false narrative that "caste" system and upper and lower. Caste word comes from the portugese temple.
@@vollifred glad u are enjoying ......u can also give a try to sea beach like andaman nicobar islands or north east states.......nature is beautiful there
Just a friendly piece of advice. Bargain with these auto drivers, try to take the help of locals if you can, and if they still charge you more just walk away, 80% of the time they will come down. But be aware that they charge exorbitant amounts of money(most of the time). And also be aware of the scamsters. Enjoy your time in India!
Thank you Volli - A real eye opener - I love all the price haggling with Tuk Tuk. The Balcony looks like Prison Cells. As a Buddhist Varanasi is so important as this was where Buddha gave the first sermon. You are blessed to be able to visit there.
Hey Volli, Please ignore the negative comments. People here are very fragile to own criticism. You are doing good job by showing the reality and will be helpful for future tourists for sure. PS- That tuktuk guy is working like a broker, he will show you cheap hotels but ask you to pay more so that he can get commission from hotel for getting them customers.
Don't be sad by reading comments. Maybe the the country in which you live, there cheapest hotel would be clean and good. But it's not the case in India. We will impove I am sure of it. With coming years we will become more clean and hygiene. We will respect nature more and keep it clean and green.
Well well Here comes another western dude to become famous by leaching off our naive Indians, everyone pls don't recommend him anything and let him be on his own ultimately he'll leave our country for good😠😠
You get for what you pay. It's not like there aren't good places to stay in india. You can probably stay in a 3-4 star luxury hotel for 50$ a night which shouldn't be a lot by western standards.
