Yours is still a journal, just a different kind. This one is more catered to self-expression through writing, a reflection journal or a diary perhaps with enough designs to make it look aesthetically pleasing. Yours is what most people would call a messy journal, just dumping all sorts of stuff depending on how you feel like doing it and it’s fine. As long as you got those feelings, especially unpleasant ones, out of the way and it’s actually helping you improve or somewhat control your mental well-being, then it’s good enough.
I love how with all the pictures, drawings, quotes, and more, you also wrote a lot. It looks so lovely put together. This journal feels like a work of art.

i’ve recently just started journaling and it is SOO ADDICTING I love it so much unfortunately i have no printer so i’ve been painting and drawing a lot of my pictures. Can you give items you can use to make the pages look nice 🥰
