Hello Teco! I own a 2012 Teco-88 machine. There is a problem, the machine periodically adds grams to the imbalance. Let's say I made 0-0, press start again, the machine shows 5-0 or 10-0 or 5-5. Either the machine indicates 30-40, I attach the load corresponding to the load on the screen and after the next measurement of the imbalance, it shows 10-5 and the like. It's rare to get 0-0 right away. Can you help me with something? The machine is calibrated with a Hofmann test rotor.

Sometimes immediately 0-0, but more often after installing counterweights 0-5, 10-10, 5-5. How can I solve this problem?
I do have some suggestions, add sound, get rid of the first 45 seconds all that in and out is useless. Make the new video no more than six minutes long. Have a special door made that is transparent so people can see what's going on inside, the narrator explains step-by-step. Power requirement 110v, 220v or hardwire shop owner need to have it installed by a professional plumber/ electrician. Noise level, special detergent, proprietary filters? dimensions of machine lot of shops have limited space. In the new video verbally explain all the positive attribute make money or added value to customers. What country is the machine manufactured in, I'm partial to the United States. Dear Glen, thanks for your suggestions. Unfortunately we cannot use a transparent door because the washing procedure creates a storm inside the chamber, so you cannot see anything inside. Plumbers or electricians are not required for the installation, the machine is ready to be used. I went to get my wheels balanced and they had one of these. Well a wheel washing machine. It's important to get all the pebbles out of your tyre, clean the weight surface properly so they stick.
Wheel Washer LR 400 is for rich people or someone who doesn't give two shits about cars. If you are car lover, average Joe, or just like to wash your tires with your hands than LR 400 isn't for you.
