This is kind of a late comment, but... I grew up in this house. My parents bought it in 1961. I was 6. They put the pool in in 1962. We lived there until 1971, when we moved to New Mexico. My sister and her family lived there for another 2 yrs until it was sold in 1973. It was THE most awesome place to grow up ever! I still have dreams about it.
