About the timing tensioner, the lock clip wasn't removed so how will the timing tensioner be able to release and push out against the chain tension slipper to prevent timing chain jump when you started the car?
Hello, at 2:41 minute marker, you can see where you have the blue connector. on the other side is another connector, could you please send me a picture of where that one connects too. Thank You.
how can I send you the pictures?, on the other side of the vacuum switching valve is only one hose not a connector, the only other connector is for the fuel pressure sensor but that one is on the other end of the canister on top but let me know any thing I might have missed thank you.
Hello, wonderful video! I have one question, if someone could help me with. If you notice the small hose that comes out of the gas tank, I need to know where it connect too!
And the oil leak will eat that radiator hose even faster than the 8 dollar set of bushings it is placeholding for. To be fair, I used this method (but with leather) to repair an idler arm that I couldn't find years ago and it held up, but it wasn't getting a constant oil bath. Great repair if you just need it to get you by until the correct parts arrive.
Muchas gracias.
@@JM-AUTOyes the bolt to my battery bracket is stuck the same as yours, so I am going to buy the flex attachment you used for the bottom starter bolt and try again Mechanic quoted me $290 to change starter just for labour :(
Also, if you don’t mind do you know what’s originally on the water pump bolt threads? I saw the threads had something on them like silicone or anti-seize. Appreciate the help.
@@ooscgt that is a bit of silicon on the bolts instead of threadlocker that will help to keep the bolts in place n it will be easy to remove them in the future
What is the name of that small seal? Any part # or link to it? Also, thank you for explaining that the spark plug seals are integrated in the valve cover, was skeptical it did not come with any😂
Thank you for the video. Very helpful!! Tips to anyone going for this project.. I have the AWD too. I found instead of gluing that rubber gasket. It was easier to install it on the mount and then slide it in. I also learned it was better to uninstall that AWD mount and wait till the end after you install the passenger mount before you attempt to install. A friend also told me a barrel jack is dangerous to be under. I used a normal car jack to raise the engine and it worked fine. Thanks for the video!
this could be any thing in the ABS system like the ABS control module, wheel speed sensors or wheel bearings going bad, also wire issues, if you have access to scanner with live data that would be great
Bosch, quality and time-tested performance, Whether you're driving a compact sedan or a turbocharged sports car, Bosch fuel injectors are synonymous with durability and efficiency, here I used standard which is also fine for me. Autel MaxiDAS DS708.
