I'm a board-certified health coach and retired Muay Thai Light Heavyweight Champion. I used to be a fat kid, so I know what it's like to be unhappy in your body. Now, I apply what I learned as a fighter to help busy people take those last 30 lbs of fat off so they can get cut like a boxer - without getting hit in the face.
I’m a large across the board and Coofandy seems to have a true fit size, so whatever you typically wear with other brands should be the move with them too
No, but actually this is a pretty stupid way to pack your couch. Most times when you get furniture the instructions are taped on the outside, hanging by a plastic tie or underneath the peices if you got a build it yourself. I dont blame anyone for thinking their couch is missing peices if everything is zippered where you wouldn't think to look. Maybe a open me sticker on the outside would be better than, fuck around and find out.
@@LifestyleOfFitness_LOF I watched the video again and noticed the picture of the White Oleanders. That should have been a huge clue. Yes I would go. 😊
I hate how there is no likes when this could mean something and if a famous person made this video it would get tons of like and mean nothing so let’s like this video what if it did mean something ,but u don’t have to be nosy just be nice❤🤷♀️
Yeah we’re working on his form, but a cool thing to note about the body is it’s very adaptable. When you condition it under stress it adapts quite well, especially athletically. However totally agree form is paramount.
Stop asking questions that you don't actually want the answer for. Stop wasting both our time. Most men know you don't give a shit. Which exactly why we tell you we're alright.
Why not use wrestling mats. I’ve never broken my foot on any mat until I rolled on a mat taped up just like that. Yes rollout mats r expensive there’s a reason for it
Watch out for Karens my neighbors had a incident a week ago. She got out her car screaming they need a permit to sell things and started kicking and throwing their stuff.
