The POP is actually a fart?? Because I farted so hard and my dog next to me bitted my ankle and that was a very uncomfortable feeling instead of relaxing or resetting anything.

I’m not a physical therapist or have official school so I might sound ignorant but this doesn’t do anything helpful long term if you have functional scoliosis/ pelvic obliquity of any kind. My thought process being if you’re already asymmetrical your tendons around your sacrum are out of place too. You’ll just be exacerbating the asymmetry and potentially ligamental laxity right? 😅 I’m not a physical therapist so feel free to correct me

Press knees outward to the palms 5 sec wait 5 sec now do it again 5 sec. Now push hard against your elbow and hand between your leg and pop should appear in groin area

I heard that the posterior capsule stretch can help improve shoulder mobility. Is this true? Also, could you explain the proper technique for performing this stretch?
