I’m not a physical therapist or have official school so I might sound ignorant but this doesn’t do anything helpful long term if you have functional scoliosis/ pelvic obliquity of any kind. My thought process being if you’re already asymmetrical your tendons around your sacrum are out of place too. You’ll just be exacerbating the asymmetry and potentially ligamental laxity right? 😅 I’m not a physical therapist so feel free to correct me

I heard that the posterior capsule stretch can help improve shoulder mobility. Is this true? Also, could you explain the proper technique for performing this stretch?
