Looks super smooth. Which position are you using in the track? I use the same set up but somehow still looking for the best mast position and compromize between easy paddle of and enough stability while riding a wave.
Hi, have you tried size 6.1? I saw you’re doing quite smooth tacking with your ALA 5.1 wing, but did you find it competitively difficult in tacking? I was using mostly Duotone Unit and Skick, just tried my ALA 6.1 yesterday, I found the wing is pretty stable and powerful, and I could do everything including Heineken gybe and racing gybe like with my Duotone wings, but not the tacking. Everytime after switching hand in tacking, wind always blows to the back of the wing and push the down which doesn’t happen at all with the Duotone wings. Would like to listen about the tacking experience from you with this wing.
In which scenes are you using which board? I always wondered if it is possible to paddle up the torpedo, this is the reason why I am asking. If so, is it much harder to paddle the torpedo in comparison to the siluro? @gianlucamuccioli-foil
I want to work on pump foiling and get the SAB 1550 or even the 1750 for flat water starts. I have a question my fuselage. I am going to get an adapter for the AXIS 75 Mast. My current setup: Freedom Dagger 7’5’ 110L 1350 Leviathan SAB 83 Mast (not the new super stiff one) Stab 380 Fuse 753 I’m 86.2 Kg. I’m worried about 753 breaking. Gong requires a titanium fuse with their HA wings and I’ve seen videos of fuselages breaking with the HA front wings. Also any thoughts on the 380 The current setup works great for light winds but I might need a shorter mast and maybe a shorter fuselage?
Does this new board make it much easier to takeoff versus a standard larger wingfoil board? I live in low wind 5-10kts area and I’m hoping it can help take off. I weigh 90kg
Guys , what do you recommend: with the same board : 115 LT , 6.8 to 7.2" . To use it on both conditions , paddle without wind and wing with wind: Leviathan 1350 , 1550 or 1750 ?
@@_paulolinhares my experience is thats the 1350 works well for flatwater pumping. In smal waves Its to slow and you have to Pump the hole time. The two bigger foil i have No Idea for what ? Maybe for a table :-)
19 knots not so fast but the RZR980 have an excellent smoothness and huge gliding in light wave conditions and above all fantastic low-end at slow speed and pump attitude. Now is out the pro version faster than 1st version, but needs more wind. 980 with a slick 5.5 starts in 10knots wind
Thank you so much for your reply. While I can pump the Axis 1310 and 1300 very well (dockstart), I really struggle with both for flat water paddle up. I think the 1750 could help me given that I am not that young anymore (50yo at 80 kg). Any fuselage and stab you would recommand purely for flat water paddle up? I was thinking 703 with S430? Thank you again. Your videos give me some hope again.@@gianlucamuccioli-foil
Supfoiling keeps you much younger and very fit!!! Congratulations! May I ask which fuselage and stabilizer you would recommend before I order the Levianthan set?@@gianlucamuccioli-foil
if your thin thin thin young well trained ist may be easy. I am quite skilled (kite foiler since 9 years) but not young (57) and heavy (100 kg / 180 cm) it is very very very hard. in fact, ok I am training since April, an since mid August I got out a little bit...but I can't actually pump further (I had a break for some weeks because of holiday on the atlantic - normal sup waveriding there.
Grazie
