Video spoilt by loud music when all I wanted to hear was the mower. I have had this mower, and since new, and even after servicing, pulls way too fast for easy control….….
Just brought and unboxed and was like, why have i got an allen key and not the to pin key. after watching this now i know. thank you!! what a great idea this is!!
I don't think it's the beer, I think it is different kegs. Some are frothy and some aren't. I've had 3 Stella's on the deal and they have all poured differently
I don't think it can because of the space. However, if you want to create stripes then then you can always chain a heavy bit of timber to the back and it will push the grass over 👍
I have one of these generators, it always seems to suffer from carb issues. I have replaced the carb and it seems to be running ok for the moment....... The original carb clogged up so I took it apart & cleaner it with carb cleaner thinking that would cure the problem (would only run with Choke on) once reassembled it became a right bitch to start, engine constantly flooding. Seemed like the needle valve was jamming open, lost count of the times I stripped th original carb to try to cure the problem. Almost binned the damned thing. Managed to get a replacement carb and it has now run ok for about 25 hours. Be aware the carb does not have a float bowl, it looks like the needle valve is vacuum operated and is very temperamental. P.S. Running the generator today I had to have the Choke half on or the thing would cut out again. It is run every few days so I don't think it's stale fuel. Will give it a blast with carb cleaner without stripping it to see if that will resolve the problem. It's a shame because when it's running it works well, it's just not reliable !
Still cutting grass on a weekly basis. The only downside I have found is that it is just one speed and that is fairly brisk. Saying that, I'm not particularly quick on my feet though 🤣🤣
@BernFleming how bizarre 🤔 My wife must have edited that bit out..... I've got a short video somewhere on how to change a fuel filter. They are pretty straightforward to do.
I miss using these knapsack sprayers as my old employer used these for the utility contracts I was on. Current employer insists on using cooper pegler, tried telling them about these especially considering there a fraction cheaper than CP knapsack sprayers but no luck.
Thanks, Jimmy. I just bought one the other day for my 16 yo grandson to use to mow my lawn. I am sure that he and I will be able to assemble it after watching your video. Much thanks from the USA.
I just got the Dewalt brand sanding attachment. It’s convex with the points bent up more than slightly. Is this anyone else’s experience? I assumed it would be flat
Are the nuts they supply not locking nuts (philidas, squashed slightly)? Or you could use loctite. Nylocs don't hold after first use usually any better than plain nuts. But good vid, useful.
Used mine once. The fitting that was already in the end from manufacturing, used pliers to unscrew to change head, the thread broke leaving screw in the end. No way to get it out. Poor quality
Jimmy hope you can help. So I bought this reel. But I have a tuffhose so I can't cut end off like vids. Ideally I want the internal part where you put the hose end in I need that to have a male connector to put the hoze in. Any ideas where to get this? Or the name of it? I could run another very shirt hose like 5cm from internal reel to the hozelock via male to male but this means I need 3 hoses all in and the gap is very tight to fit this small hose in. Can't find anything online
Amazon is the way to go. You can buy a double ended male connector to join 2 hoses together. Hope that helps. If you are still struggling then message me via my website and I will do my best to help.
