@@atulgupta-g it solved. I ended the lab after trying for 2 hours. And after clearing all the caches of my computer I again started the lab and was able to complete it.

the way to fix this error is 1. nano ./app.yaml 2. delete the lines api version and threadsafe 3. change runtime to 312 4. save and exit nano 5. execute the deploy app command if u need video explanation it's in my channel

It looks like, the error you're getting which is causing by the python version. You can use check the python version by running this command - python --version or python3 --version. If it is below from 3.10 then you should consider upgrading it.
