following this comment section. i am dealing with same issues with payment settings and cannot update anything i am getting the notification "We couldn't confirm your account, so it has been disabled to protect your personal and financial info. If you think this is a mistake, you can request a review." My account is disabled/restricted but i can request a review though i dont receive any proper help. Judging from the amount of people commenting in recent days seems like a major bug issue that is occurring which gives signs of something negative happening on a larger scale tbh.

Hi there 👋 it’s very risky to add prepaid funds to FB ads unless you use agency ad accounts. I don’t really know what to advise you in this case because I’ve never used prepaid funds on my personal accounts exactly because of this reason.

Damn this seems crazy. Why does this happen? I can imagine it's a nightmare - EVEN IF there's a workaround, I think it'll still be a nightmare to change store, domain, etc.
Been using Facebook for years, first time happening to me today. Just 2 ads got rejected, then immediately a suspension. I chatted with them all day, the ban is is irreversible AND, I couldn't know what wrong thing I did so I can avoid it in the future. The sad thing is, I worked so hard on my video ads, and now I'm scared to run them again in a new ad account. Starting from scratch is painful.
@sashapoli23 What would you if you were me, and don't know the exact reason some ads got rejected (and the ad account termination after), and can't appeal anymore (decision is final)? Can I create a new ad account within the same business manager and using the same debit card? I think it's a myth that "we need to change everything".

Hi i want to ask. I saw someone's ads in the ad library as a photo. But when i clicked see ad details , inside there is a photo and a video. Do you know how to do that? Is that from dynamic creative? .. i think the person do that to bypass the content from being rejected
After one year of using personal facebook ad account, it got restricted with following message "This ad account, its ads and some of its advertising assets are disabled because it didn't comply with our policy on Advertising policies affecting business assets..." Under the part "What can you do" says "Confirm your identity and request review", but button "request review is greyed out. I successfully confirmed my identity, enabled two-factor identification, but button is still greyed out with following message displayed when I place cursor over the button "You can't request a review of this account. Contact an admin of the account for more information". I am the only admin of the ad account so do not know who to contact :)

Request review is available to me, I have requested three to four times but nothing happened, actually I was facing declined payment method with my ad account. Please help I tried many other ways

When you copy and paste the píxel code it appears an error in two of the last lines of the code, does it have any Impacts later on how the pixel works? Cause sometimes I’ve tried to set up the advanced tracking with certain buttons of the landing page and it didn’t let me because it didn’t recognize the pixel Any help would be so welcomed , Thank you so much!
For leads you don’t have to put any value unless you actually have the data of your closing % and how much a lead worth to you but for the most part I’ll keep it blank.
Thanks for the vid! How do you generally go about using different 'groups' in your dynamic creative ads? Do you split them up per type (e.g. image vs. video) or do you use different messaging/angles per group for example?
thanks for the info. in the case that we aren't selling a product and generating leads through META, on the workflow automation, I have it set up as survey submitted (GHL survey) form filled is the trigger... I followed all the other steps but trying to plug in the last bit of it so it records that the lead came through Facebook ad, how would I go about this?
