So where does the EGR vacuum hose go on the EGR model? Maybe I missed what you were saying but I know why my setup is running like crap I don't have mine anything like that

@@JunkyardDoggs obd 1 codes are 34 and 66..... Maf just came back from pro-m racing and all the EGR stuff is new..... Once it gets up to operation Temp it's cutting off. And won't start back up and just turns over and over

After the show ended i was homeless until last November. I was sleeping in a 1995 Suburban with my dog but i finally made it back into society. The unwhelming lack of support let me know that i was great to use for information, but not support.
Could you help me out .. I have a 4lug 89 fox body reared I need to swap into a 85 cutlass which is 5 lug …5x120 ,which vehicle can I get the axles out that will work …??
Man, youre a legend. Given me enough confidence to do my own👍 I just pulled mine apart and I was surprised to see instead of the flat needle bearing (thrust bearing) and rollers in the input shaft, I have another taper roller bearing? Any idea why this is, why is it different? Thanks heaps again, great videos. Cheers

Tony, wanted to order the same kit you got for my T5 on eBay. You got a part number on that kit. The kit I found does not have fiber lining rings. It’s the non world class. Which one should I go with.

Hey bro I’m thinking of converting my 85 fox to a 5 lug. And I was going to do what u did and just replace the whole rear end. My question is does it matter if I buy an automatic or manual rear end? My foxbody is a manual and I just don’t wanna spend extra money on a dumb mistake lol
Interesting, I've done the exact same swap four years ago on my 79 notch, using a 1995 rack (and also the rear end, spindles, entire brake system with the brake lines). I ended up mounting the 1979 outer tie rods on the Sn95 inner rods and it worked just fine with plenty of threads. As for the rag joint, I made a hybrid just like you. I would say your steering feel with the fox rack was mostly due to you missing rag joint, it's perfectly smooth in my 79 Capri (and it was the same in my notch before the swap). It's just longer lock to lock than the Sn95 so steering feels less "tight".
