I was in the military and you find out quick half of the equipment doesn't even work. Spending all that money on bombs and equipment and very little on sailor comfort. Building them racks stacked on top of each other with about 18 inches between them. You can't even sit up in bed. Fifteen to twenty people all sharing one little space. Meanwhile the captain has a whole suite and another cabin. They need to spend more money and have more consideration for enlisted members and less on officers. Being in the military is like being on a plantation. Enlisted crew just working and working and the officers right behind you looking over your shoulder. And the enlisted members tolerate it. Those same enlisted members working in the civilian world would turn around and tell their supervisor why are you always watching me and looking over my shoulder. The one thing good about the military is it's a good organization to join if you don't know what to do with your life.

Also no sympathy for that smack head in Blackpool, as these people are given help but don't want to. But then again they just end up in the streets and then start annoying town centres and the police do nothing.
The problem is the law allows tenants to really pull a fast one, BUT they were brought in due to the way tenants were treated. However the government has created too many anti landlord laws and taxes, causing many to exit the market. Many landlords are also small holders so aren't clued up too much on the law so when they do something wrong, the government sees that as a reason to further hammer landlords for votes. And some councils are just purely anti landlord.
The property managers are so lovely, compassionate and understanding. I have an adult son who can suffer from serve depression and Ive seen it cripple him so much he lost his full time job. Mental illness can seriously hi-Jack a person life. My son 3yrs on still finds it really hard to return to full time work and on meds for the depression. Hats off to the agents showing compassion and seeing where it is generally needed it's very hard to cope with mental illness, depression on your own and I really hopethis guy gets help ❤️❤️to him

That fuse from the Harrow house didn't walk away by itself. I don't believe that a landlord has any interest in taking it out. I think she or someone she hired tried to do DIY or possibly something to do with the electric meters a bit like the guy stealing electricity. I think she should pay for ripping off the radiators and for the hole in the wall. The landlord should take her to court for that. She deliberately sabotaged the property because she wants to be moved and in the process put herself and her poor children through hell. This is what people mean by saying "cutting off your nose to spite your face". She is reason why people do want tenants on benefits.
I live in NZ and I rent. Most rentals here have an inspection every 3 months and we pay rent weekly, no chance for the property to get filthy or to be behind in rent.
9:58 There should be an annual walk through each time the tenants re-sign or renew their lease. It should never have gotten that bad without someone noticing… but then again as disgusting as the people who live there apparently are I think it might’ve happened in less than a year
That young man who's apartment was filled with trash and filth really did a good job cleaning up and making it look 80% better🙌 I understand suffering with depression & anxiety so for him to be honest, own up to his faults, & make changes and improvements & to persevere through his issues I gotta give him credit & respect! When your effected by depression and anxiety literally just getting up and out of your bed is a exhausting chore!!
