This is a totally lame question, but it is something I think I’m struggling with. What kind of strings & picks are you using on the acoustic parts?

Hi from Spain. I enjoyed your presentation. When a song has a verse, chorus and bridge and starts in theee different chords and different melodies, how do you assess your optimum key? I find I can sing verses of songs no problem but when the chorus starts sometimes I struggle and then the bridge changing does not help. Of course there are a lot of songs that also have a "step up" usually just one note. I find it difficult to find my optimum key for songs with a lot of changes, especially octaves higher. Your range you indicated "D" to "B", when you indicate "B" do you mean an octave higher? ie D,D#,E,F,F#,G,G#,A,A#,B,C#,D,D#,E,F,F#,G,G#,A,A#, "B"? Kind regards,John.

Curious of the amp / emulation tones and settings you were using for this video? I've got the same Gretsch baritone and can't for the life of me get anything as nice sounding as you have here...

I’m confused the third pattern of the pentatonic you played was up near the ninth fret, how can that still be in the key of G minor? In the pattern sheet I’ve got the tonal note is on the A string but where you’re playing it, the note is a Gb/F#. Doesn’t this note need to be G?

This was the BEST explanation of how to find the target notes for a chord to use with a lick! Wish you’d been born in the ‘70s to teach me this stuff in the ‘80s… 😅😅😅
