Only one thing is surprising, the name: "Capricho árabe" I was expecting something exotic Arabic, and this is totally very Spanish, nothing Arab about it.
Tarrega composed this tune after a trip through Andalucia and North Africa, he dedicated it to his friend, conductor Tomás Bretón. Yes, it is very Spanish and not what you would expect for something exotic Arabic. But you have to remember that the Moors in Spain had a huge influence on the art, achitecture & Music. They built some of the great ornate temples that I feel the echo of in this music. So, Spanish music is very much influence by the Moors as well as the gypsies.

✨wonderful piece ✨ "remember to take care of each other" ... Well, due to our evolution we don't, unless it is family or there is some direct benefit for themselves. So at times a legitimized government has to take action and put precautionary measures in place to 'take care' of its people. During the Covid-19 pandemic most governments worldwide decided for a order to wear masks. Not a clown masks that were but a medical face mask!
