Keep frozen but thaw in the refrigerator the day before using. You could gently boil them frozen to thaw, but you would have to be careful so they don't fall apart.
I appreciate the effort, but you did not give the Blonde (light) roast a fair test/review. You made it probably 3 or 4 times as concentrated compared to the medium and dark roast, so of course it will taste more sour...

Thanks for the video. I followed your steps and everyone was complementing the good smell in the kitchen till they ate it. Even though I only used water to prepare it everyone complained it was too salty. It was flavorful and tasty but very salty so I wont be buying it no more...
I'm making this tonight for Valentine's Day dinner. I'm wondering if the seasoning packets is even needed? Traditional lobster rolls are seasoned with melted butter only. Nothing else. It's considered blasphemy to mask the sweet taste of lobster with spices!

she is all wrong. She said that the 311i mas is 349 and the 211i max is 229. she was wrong the prices is the other way around. And I don't think she like the new 211i Max because is shakes to much and not giving good air flow.
Don't know if you will still see this but I just saw this at Costco. I didn't know it existed a year ago and some videos are from two years ago or three. Just wanted to tell you that there was also another item by the same co, Lao Xie. It was named something like Dry Rice Noodle Pompano Fish Soup. It has an unusual picture on the box that shows a huge whole fish on the picture of the box that is very close up and looks like it is staring at you and looked like pan fried . I had not noticed the price of the Buddha one! IDK what it costs presently at my Costco. But the Pompano one might be new. There are no videos for it or reviews at all that I can find! Maybe it is really new this year.
