East Delhi Physicians Association is a Group of Senior Consultant Physicians Super Specialists practising/ residing in and around Eastern part of Delhi, Noida, Ghaziabad etc. comprising of more than 350 active members. The organization was founded in 1999 and was registered by Govt. of NCT of Delhi in 2001. Association is involved in various academic activities with a view to empower the practising physicians and help the public at large. for example 1. Monthly Scientific Meetings 2. Evening CME 3. Public Health Awareness programmes. EDPA holds two Big Scientific Conferences viz MIDCON held in July every year and EDPACON held in December every year in which stalwarts of the medical profession deliver a scientific lecture on recent advances in Medicine. Badly managed. If patient is lost to any infectious etiology with 7 days of admission is a failure. Rare things are always rare. This was a case of Dengue with Secondary HLH. Keep thinking other DDs there is no point.
