I'm Peter, the tall one from the Ukulele Orchestra of Great Britain, here are some of my tunes, mash ups, old family cine films - I write and record music under the pseudonym @tonypenultimate and more can be found at www.tonypenultimate.co.uk
That was terrific Peter. Hope normal service is resumed soon. (oops, "normal", ugh!... cue rant from end of My Pink Half of the Drainpipe... and actually, that could be a request...)
Thanks Andy - how could I have forgotten Viv (thats a very good suggestion!) I've just added Jaques Brel/Scott Walker to the ATTC playlist (see above) and MPHUTD would be a very good follow up
Sublime! Some of the great traditions I feared dead are clearly in the safest of hands. More power to your elbow sir! (If you have space to wield it in there...)
Yes, there were video cameras, but they were expensive and intended for production studios and radio stations only at that time . the tapes were not what they are now but were in the form of large reels, and the video resolution was not what it is now . also the record was without color (black and white only) so some old black and white videos were colorized later by computer colorized .
