Time dilation is actually just an artifact of the mathematical errors and invalid substitutions in the Time-dilation derivation that Einstein plagiarized from the Lorentz Length Contraction derivation, verbatim. Time actually does not dilate and the derivations from Einstein are invalid, due to his invalid substitutions, for two objects moving or accelerating with respect to each other. Clock speed in another thing. They do change speed but due to differences in magnetic flux density induced either as a Lorentz force due to velocity wrt the magnetic flux of the Earth or induced environmentally as a function of magnetic flux density gradient of the Earth, which varies with altitude. Clock speed is a function of the density of the magnetic flux of the Earth which acts as a magnetic braking function, which changes with flux density which changes with altitude, and varies the current flow rate through the clock circuit. Clock speed has nothing to do with the mathematically inconsistent equation of Einstein.
