i just wanted to say THANK YOU for having this, and while I know it's impossible to get the shot, I wish there was video of the left hand side C-clip removal *AND* reassembly - putting it back on was SO much harder than removing it. this took me about two hours in total (very careful tbh) but my machine is working perfectly with no issues! I got a kit off of amazon that had great instructions but that left C-clip is a doozy. Be prepared to use your patience!!
Fantastic walk through! I was gifted a Maker with gummy rollers. I was able to disassemble, fix rollers, and reassemble within a couple hours! Machine works like a dream. Thank you for the step by step with this
THIS IS THE FIFTH DAMN VIDEO AND AND NOBODY TELLS YOU WHICH CABLE TO USE TO CHARGE THE DAMN THING YEAH YEAH YEAH YEAH YEAH I THREW AWAY THE INSTRUCTIONS
So - not only is the Cricut software awkward & clunky to use, but what should be routine maintenance on the machine is also awkward & clunky. Thankyou so much for making this video.
@Outdoors4adventure - I spoke too soon. Couldn't get this to work. Mine seems to have a few design modifications to make the job impossible. The top panel that you popped off - mine had the corners glued down. The gear wheel that comes off easily on yours, seems to have some plastic housing butted up close to prevent removal. I had to cut this housing away with a chisel. There's also another gear wheel right in front of the C clip. Then finally, the holes on the metal plate at either end of the roller bar are too small to get the bar through, even the shaved off right hand end. The bar is locked in place, and the metal plates are impossible to loosen. It looks like a deliberate design tweak to make the rubbers non-replaceable 🤬
I could not believe that a jeep designed with a 4500 lb tow capacity did not have brake controller built in. Not only that but the dealer could not install the simple components shown in this video.
Thank you for the assistance. Instead of unplugging the circuit board, I popped the plug off the circuit board. Fried my machine. Not having a good day.
THANK YOU!!!! I've replaced many rollers over the years on printers and Fujitsu scanners, which are easily replaced without tearing the entire machine apart. This by far could have been a better design to replace the rollers. I'd expect the rollers to stretch out overuse, but to have to the tear the entire machine apart is crazy. Your detailed and thorough explanation made this so much simpler for me. I really appreciate it!
I did all the process. However when setting up mat it feeds in but the cricut logo continues to blink white. Anyone have any idea why? It will not cut after the rubber wheels have been replaced.
Yes, we had our cooking done before dark and no lights on to keep those Lil flying bugs out of the camper. The first night I was sucking them up with the vacuum as fast as I could. After more campers moved in, the flying pest seemed to find other victims. Lol.
People, don’t use pliers to remove and replace your springs, use a piece of string string, pipe cleaner or a doubled up breadboard tie. Just push it through and bring both ends together and pull. You have better control and will not ruin your springs
Thanks, it does great......but, I am having to fix stuff. This weekend wee are camping. We pulled 6 hours out, got to camp, and as I setup found outer wall panels popped loose. Had to go to store, get liguid nails and glue them back on. Bottom edge of wall in several places. Already replaced winch silonoids. Max fan only runs up to 2 any higher and it shuts itself off. I can't recommend this camper anymore. Quality is showing itself to be lacking with use.
Bro the only problem I had at first was i thought it was massive, but then i watched your video. Putting the poles close together like you did one on center one on the end makes this super usable for tail gate in tight areas. A pro tip is you can run the poles right through the straps where the stakes and ropes go to create make shift walls. i love the quality.
24:49 if you have some other strong portable fans, you can always angle them (set them behind and slightly below the Ryobi) where they will help disperse the spray more. You want to vaporize the mist finely so you can get closer without getting as wet. You'll get more air coming at you, too, of course with more fans blowing at you.
It got water ALL over the porch when only on for a few minutes but for the price, it's decent for a portable strongish small fan. I turn off the mist and use an electric handheld sprayer with fridgewater in it and can control where a fine(r) mist goes. I don't get drenched and don't have to stay back so far from the fan. If you're in a confined area, like an enclosed porch, you can always put a baby pool in front of it, between you and the fan and it will catch a lot of the water if you don't want your porch drenched. If you use the misting, freeze up some huge ice chunks along with the refrigerated water you put in your bucket. Cut half of a gallon or so water jug to make a large chunk of ice, it'll melt slower. Freezer gel packs can be put in the water too (if they fit). Take all paper/stickers off if you put them in the water so they don't come loose and gum up the water pump. I plan on eventually getting a well-insulated used cooler with wheels, drilling a hole for the water pump tube to go through, just set the fan on top of the cooler and then the icewater will stay colder longer.
