I have the same one older model hopefully they got better cus only got 5 uses out of mine everything was loose and after tightening it would take half an hour to get that far even bumping as fast as I could and it kept blowing out seals at 3500 psi even tho its rated for 300 bar 4500 psi still kinda works only use it if I have to tho
So let me explain for those being tricked by this video. The only way it did this is the tank was already at that pressure, so the pumping was just brining the pump gauge to existing pressure. I can tell you from experience it takes many many many pumps to hit this number and it’s difficult. Secondly if you pump this fast on a high pressure pump the heat WILL destroy the rings quickly. Spend the extra $$$ and get a pcp compressor.
I had my pcp pump for 2 years now. When I took apart mine, it had no coolant, I guess it works fine without coolant. Mine began leaking air when pulling upwards, I replaced all o-rings and now it works fine again.
How much psi per pump? Is it better then a standard bike tire pump as for efficiency per pump? How does it accomplish such a high psi? It's a very small amount of air under pressure I'm guessing. I'm trying to come up with an idea for compressing and storing air as energy to use in place of electric. Any ideas please!?!?
Bike pumps so about 100-200 psi, same with tire pumps This is 4500 psi Idk how it does but bike and tire pumps arent usable for this task Pcp pumps are also ridiculously expensive in comparison
@@pharaongaming8617 Good info. I've found out that they have 3 chambers and how it gets up to such a high psi. I was thinking of compressed air as stored energy I can later use for various things around my home. Trying to gear towards homesteading. Its not what I need but interesting to learn how stuff works either way. 👍🍀🇺🇸
Where/how do you lube the shaft of a 4500 psi hand pump? I have a spritech and theres nothing in the manual about where to lube it. Do i take it apart or just drop some oil in the gap of the up and down shaft?

Remove handle and base, store in a rollmat case. If your packs big enough put inside, if not strap securely to pack. But 100% agree, shorter and longer tubes would be a great aftermarket seller.
