I am a casual bare minimum simmer based in Kenya. I prioritize fun but occasionally try to do things seriously. I am not a real world pilot therefore I am not proficient. I fly X-Plane 12 and Microsoft Flight Simulator. I also play ETS, ATS and Cities: Skylines sometimes. I don't have a concrete schedule because of work. Constructive feedback is most welcome.

@@linifreefire741 I really don't want to judge until the FlightFactor 777 is out of Beta. At that point I can only say which one I like more which mostly boils down to which one I enjoy hand-flying. At the moment I enjoy hand-flying the FlightFactor 777 more than the PMDG 777. There's a lot that these add-ons simulate that I am clueless about. Therefore, I definitely can't give a reliable answer for which one is better.
@@Switch0406 not at the moment but it can if all the bugs are fixed and the fmc has all the working vnav functions tho pmdg was a bit limited by msfs sdk
@@m4ster311 thanks. I don't do takeoff replays at all because it involves rewinding to the start of a flight which is not enjoyable after a flight, especially if it's a long flight. The reason I don't do landing replays in MSFS is because it's more effort than I'm willing to put. At the moment I do landing replays only with special liveries. I had actually planned a replay for this landing but I forgot to record with the replay app.
@@bigmungus4864 I really don't want to make tutorials for things like that. Renaming the X-Plane executable to eurotrucks2.exe or the executable of any game that has Nvidia Filters support should be good enough. If that doesn't work you can check the forum link in description where people discussed how to get it to work.
@@davidmou7433 I think the GPU and RAM are up to the task. Luckily X-Plane 12 has a free demo you can try to see if your PC can handle it. www.x-plane.com/desktop/try-it/. If you plan to use add-ons expect it to be more demanding than what you see in the demo. I have a bunch of scenery add-ons I use which make the sim a lot more demanding.
@@dutchaviation1 thanks for suggesting but I have a very bad experience with voice recognition software. I am not good at speaking. Having to repeat myself multiple times ruins the experience for me.
The ils is apparently automated in the 777 now. This means when your cruising and what not it will say “ils park” in nav rad page. All u have to do is set in your approach and it does the ils is automatically selected. Frequency and course. On approach the ils will come alive.
@@bigmungus4864 at the moment this doesn't always happen. Once in the alpha and once in the beta it failed to automatically tune the ILS for me. Other than those two occasions it has been tuning automatically.
Not even close but the full release very well might obliterate the PMDG 777. This one might have a ton of gimmicks and the sounds are better but PMDG one is more system complete at the moment and doesn't have nearly as many bugs. It definitely flies better though, but that's a msfs issue.
@@dutchaviation1 You must not be using the same PMDG as me because it's not glitchy at all and has all of the systems included at release. I like the Flight Factor and will continue using it alongside PMDG but it's missing essential features that the PMDG already simulates.
@@dutchaviation1 I think that's a you problem because I have experienced no such thing. Maybe you should read the manuals or watch a tutorial on how the descent works in a 777 before complaining about it. The Flight Factor is great and I'm sure the full release will be better than PMDG but for now it definitely doesn't obliterate the PMDG. I'm sorry you have skill issues. I can send you tutorials if you need them, it's a very complex plane?
Wooooow! Always that 350 :) Few days ago I did something in the planemaker that the plane doesn't bounce that much anymore (like in reallife). But these slams are funny sometimes :)

@@jirivnuk6303 the add-on has really improved with the recent updates. I bought it for $75 dollars and I am slowly starting to get my money's worth. In the end it really depends on you. I think it's the best E190 we have at the moment and it doesn't look like we'll get anything else better any time soon.

Hi friend! I have a question that between XP12 and MSFS 2020 which sim do you prefer the most? As for me, I think in terms of graphics, MSFS is much better than XP12. However, the flight system of XP12 to me has a better simulation compared to MSFS's. What do you think? 😀
@@linifreefire741 hi. I agree with you for the most part but it really depends on what's important to a person. I think MSFS offers a more immersive experience in general for those who are into Ultra/Extreme Realism. I personally don't care too much about that but MSFS still wows me visually everyday. On the other hand, I'm much happier after a landing in X-Plane 12 even if it's slammer. The planes feel so much nicer to fly for me.
Hey, I wanted to ask what FOV/Zoom level you use, and if you change the default InitialZoom values in the cameras.cfg at all or leave it at the default setting of 0.5?
I changed the camera position in the sim instead of editing cameras.cfg directly. I have just uploaded the resulting cfg file to my google drive. There should be a link in the description to the drive where you can see it.

Excellent Captain, a question, 155 mph speed at 9,200 feet high? That's what I don't like about all the A320s, the Boeing PMDG 737-800 respects all climb and descent speeds, I always modify them in the A320 before taking off at the MCP, if it says 10,000 feet and 180 knots speed, I correct it and put 140 knots speed at 10,000 feet high, what do you think Capi? @@sergiogonzales6452 thanks. I intentionally set a low speed so that I have an easier time slowing down and flying manually. It's also a high altitude airport therefore I start slowing down at a high altitude. There was also a 180 knot speed restriction on the arrival. I would have done the same thing if I was flying a 737.
