Twitch is not the law. Retards on here acting like this guy committed a fucking crime are the most idiotic people that exist. If he was explicitly sexting and even closing in on inappropriate with a minor, it would be a legal matter. BUT SINCE IT ISNT, to declare him a pedo, and/or any other wording that is far out of reach from what the reality is, is defamatory and moronic. I suggest looking up the laws of the land before spouting off stupid shit. You think that Twitch's ruling is somehow the end all say all absolute truth? You think the platform that has explicit "clothed/see through" material, chicks in hot tubs in bikinis almost naked, targeting teenage boys is somehow the arbiter of fucking morality? Are you joking? THE MINIMUM AGE TO SIGN UP IS 13!!! Also, just because someone is 16, the age of consent, doesn't mean it's legal to "sext," or send explicit material to them if you are 40. The same people on here that are pointing the finger at doc for allegations that have not been proven yet, are the same people that turn a blind eye to the fact that chicks are borderline naked in hot tubs on Twitch talking dirty to viewers that call in when there are 13-17 year old boys watching. Talk about contradictory. I bet you support fucking drag queens telling stories to your damn children in school and/or talking about sexuality to them in ELEMENTARY SCHOOL. I need to clarify, I think all pedos should be castrated or killed and I believe the grooming of children, especially in elementary school and on social media, should be dealt with capital punishment. But if there is no pending court case or investigation into docs communication with this individual then its not appropriate for me to pass judgement based on allegations made by some dork that worked at twitch. Furthermore, the communication between doc and the girl have already been declared to be completely legal in the legal battle between him and twitch. Unless the messages come out and are absurdly out of control, which I guarantee they will not be because Twitch has a legal responsibility to report CRIMINAL ACTIVITY, especially involving minors, to the authorities, then no one has any fucking idea what was said. If there were laws being broken.... they would have got the police involved.
For all you out there assuming guilt with no evidence just base off of allegations maybe we need to dig into your history because you must have some guilty conscious and are guilty of something. Would you like that same standard applied to you when you end up accused?
