No place is perfect. Would love to see "traveller" (300G, high twist 3/4ply) options and maybe a super lux line with sewn canvas, brand fabrics (VBC/Drago/Dino) and bemberg linings. That said as a hard to fit guy (tall weight lifting) I got a great fit, with the options I wanted , from a local store with helpful sales staff. I have bought three blazer/sports jackets from them, and looking at 1-2 full suits now. Great prices.
I have a unique build as I have been into the weights for 25 years and can’t do the off the rack suits without major customization. Indochino is the best experience I have ever had. Love this place. I own over 20-25 high end suits and my experience Indochino was amazing. Several options for building my custom suit. Highest praise. Great job. I don’t think I will ever go elsewhere.

Ok so I have a hard to fit build as I am 5’8” and am into weights. I have purchased several high end suits (20 or so) from Canali blue, Zenia etc. Then I have to pay for tailoring. I just purchased my first super 140 for around $500 and three shirts from Indochino ($150 ish). I had all of the options. Trust me all of the options… I will never purchase another suit or shirts elsewhere. Love the custom suit and I am looking for an excuse to buy more. Highest praise.
Hey everyone, I wanted to share my recent experience with Indochino. I've been a loyal customer for six years, buying five suits from them. However, my recent purchases have left me disappointed and concerned about their quality and practices. Three of the suits I bought had craftsmanship issues, with noticeable bubbles on the jackets. These bubbles suggest they use a fused canvas method, which lacks the elegance of hand-stitched suits. I'm disheartened by this, as Indochino is known for quality. I reached out to their customer support on August 9th, 2023, but the response was dismissive. They admitted to using fused canvases but blamed dry cleaners for the problems. What's worse, they declined to help due to expired claim dates. This lack of customer focus is concerning. In conclusion, Indochino's practices and craftsmanship have disappointed a loyal customer like me. I share this to caution others and hope Indochino improves its quality and customer care.
Received my first suit with Indochino in the mail today, just 11 days after stopping into the showroom to get my measurements. The process was great from beginning to end and I'm so satisfied with the final product! Planning to order from them first from now on.
really love Indochino..... but my god every day with the email closeout sales... 4 hours left, two days only..... it's unreal. every day can NOT be a fire drill! great product doesn't have to be pushed down our throats... (and it is a great product) let me chase it a little..... heck make it a subscription
Hi Fennell, we just want to make sure you're getting the best deals! If you'd like fewer emails, you can adjust the settings through the link in one of our emails!
I must say, as an Indochino customer, that the garments are pretty good; albeit the experience is better if there is a showroom near you and you can interact with someone therein. During my first experience, we ran into a major issue with the pants; they were far too tight. I met with the assistant manager of the Toronto showroom and he measured me again and apologized for the inconvenience. As for my waist coats, they fit like a glove. The Blazers needed some work done (tapering of sleeves and being brought in), The assistant manager got all of these alterations done for me. He suggested an external tailor as Indochino's alterations department had been dealing with a significant backlog. Further, they paid for the full cost of the alterarions given the circumstances. He seemed genuinely upset about what I had experienced. If I had strictly ordered online, I am not certain the experience would have been as savory. All in all I will purchase more from Indochino. Prices are very competitive, customization options are fantastic and the lengths some of the staff (not all) will go to satisfy customers is good. Approach with some caution as some of the attendants aren't that interested in ensuring the right fit. Be stubborn and do not settle for a bad fit. If there is something wrong with the garment, make them aware Asap. Their policy is very particular about when you must communicate problems. Getting what you want may take some time, but at least you will have gotten what you want.
Just to add, I had stressed my concern about the pants to the first guy that measured me. So I wasn't surprised when the garments came and the pants did not fit (so tight I couldn't lift them above my waist). The assistant manager, of the T.O. showroom was pretty upset that the fit was so poor. My guess is that the scores of alteration requests is stressing out the company, as well as the bad reviews ( which are deserved considering some of the stories I have heard). But I think they are trying hard to improve. Especially with their competitors gaining traction in sales and reputation.
Made-to-measure usually don't fit well especially for clients whose body is difficult to fit, because it's missing the key element during the processing of making a suit: fitting.
This video gives the impression that the suit is hand made by tailor, which is false. As a rule for made to measure, your body profile is entered into the computer, which cuts the fabric out of a standard template. After that, a tailor adds the little options you selected. It's more "customized" to your body than standard off the rack suits, but far from bespoke.
now ,I think it should be put the measurement to computer, and judged pattern for each body. And cut according to the special new patteren. Then it will fit well if measurement get right
