Worst HOTEL QUality DOWN... Its a HOTEL FOR ALL NASTY Travellers and Uncivilized RURAL People owner MANOJ Has messed up by adding properties.. THE OLD VERSION of this HOTEL Its been dominated LIKE A ROADSIDE Shop by the OWNERS uncles here... THEY were labours in this HOTEL and they try to act like OWNERS.. MANOJ is an unprofessional owner who has NO MANNERS and DRESS CODE THEIR OWNERS will even troll him and they do not interact with customers... SO CHEAP... Pollachi Town Dorais Theatre Amudha Surabhi Experience and UNJAIVELAMPATTI too Your manager BALAKRISHNA Chased me off- MR Local ROwdy Manager from AMUDHA SURABHI FAMILY Man who wear pants dress code and there was another manager / Cashier with GLASSES and has a Tatoo full of attitude.. returned the money.. after I dined.. Well the food was full of spices.. No Passion and Humanity... Inconsistent food quality. Traditional food meals or tiffin with the signature Sambhar dish for lunch has lost the touch of providing in an authentic manner. Parottas are bad in quality and quantity. Punjabi food and Chinese food not upto the mark. They use any kind of recipe to fill the order and sell it. If the customer provides any feedback or correction. Managers and staff members chase away the customers. Customer requirement are not taken and the staff members including managers show attitude to the customers. Dishes served in the worst and unhygienic manner. We had health issues eating here too TREAT food and humans what you serve and service people for cash.. ACCEPT THE FLAWS... They need to apologize..
