Hi Stephen! Thank you! This is great and feels so good! What qigong back exercises (if any) would be good for someone who has bulging discs in the lower back that cause sciatica pain?
Hey @@larabrekken. Thanks for your comment. Check out one of my teacher’s videos that addresses pain from sciatica. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-9NaBiuuBTRo.htmlsi=3bUC7gjliWaUa9a5
OMG, it is so adictive...I started right away and brought many fund and laughing memories! Thank you so much for sharing. What a great mood changing exercise!
Grateful for this conversation. I really resonated with the importance of studying the nervous system and learning how to regulate it . I have always been hyper vigilant. And get sensory over stimulation . I often go out into the world and feel like I need to rest for two days to recuperate from the sensory overload. I will definitely take a look at her TikTok and RU-vid channel. Thx for the collaboration. 🙏🏼
Thanks Michelle. I’m glad you resonated with this conversation. I hear you. I only realized a couple of years ago that what I was practicing for so long was hyper vigilance. Trying desperately to make myself feel safe in a world I perceived as dangerous. The healing journey is long and so worth it.
Awe my previous comment disappeared 😂 Well i just wanted to say that I really enjoyed y’all’s conversation. Your relationship reminds me of me and my brothers. See yall on the next episode 🙂🥳 I did the same thing as your sister I would steal my dad’s jack Daniels, but I would replace it with water down Coca-Cola and i would take my liquor to school too lol . 🤷🏻♀️
In the absence of a relationship with my own brother, I love watching you guys, thank you thank you. And I'm only a minute in, so whatever emerges, congrats on doing this. xx
Aww thank you so much for your moving share. I’m touched by your words. I’m glad that this conversation resonated with you. The response to this video has been so sweet and encouraging. I share the feedback with my sister and she’s humbled by the energy we’ve received from all of you.
***Long Post Alert*** I loved this! I really hope you continue. I actually grew up in the Towers in building C. Steven and I were schoolmates. I love your relationship with your sister. My brother and I were a sibling duo, too. So I love seeing that energy. Hearing your stories reminds me of my own growing up in Stamford. Just from remembering you, I wouldn't have guessed any of what you discussed, but my brother and I were probably the same way. Those Towers apartments hold a ton of stories and secrets 😊 I'm glad that you were able to learn from them and tell your experiences to help others.
Cousins…THIS was the absolute best! Thank you both for your transparency and also making me cry at the end LOL! I love the relationship you guys have and I’m so excited for the next episode. I love you both❤️❤️
This is so fun! I’m really enjoying y’all‘s conversation. This reminds me of an episode that I did with my brother and it was just so hilarious . It was so nice to be ourselves. There been many times when my brother and I are sharing stories and we mix up who did what in our heads or he remembers a scenario completely different from the way I recall it. Haha fun episode Steven.
Loved this! The only other laughter yoga video I’ve done is the hugely hilarious Indian gentleman who wears the yellow robe. Laughter yoga is on my calendar everyday now. My mental health is needing a boost
Thank you for this gentle set Steven. I have been coping with a right knee (ligament) problem on the inside . for many months.. nothing is making a lasting difference to make it go away all together. No problem with with my left knee. I was born in 1960
