This is the most exquisite Kemetic yoga video I have found on RU-vid. It is peaceful, practical and reverent. I started doing it during Covid and it has reshaped and strengthened my entire body. Grand Risings on this beautiful day. My Brother, I missed your guidance, inspiration , rejuvenation and healing. My good friend of 50 years lost her fiancé, pretty much 2 weeks after he proposed. They rekindled a love from 40 years ago. He was also a friend to me, as well. Passed on Christmas Day, from liver cancer. My point to this is, I got so obsorbed with her situation, and holding and comforting her…. until I forgot Me. Itz still on going with his family and his children and his x wife and etc etc etc. I needed to meditate, hear the Creator and back up. So, thank you for your existence. I’m back in the mix…. And it feels sooooo good! Much love
The death of others brings us more clarity than those living. Why is that? Chaos and tragedy.. it seems it's a necessary ingredient for a breakthrough or breakdown, depending on you. Give to yourself first. Do what brings you joy daily, nurture your nature daily, create a life you don't need a vacation from. Dont take anything for granted. 🌺

We intake so many poisons: food, people dumping negativity in constant conversation, empathy, vampires that suck your golden spirit to feed, etc… Our Almighty Supreme Creator guides and protects those who See Him…. I've decided to not drink alcohol everyday for 14 days now. Since it's cut out of my body, I've been able to finally clean and organize my home. Going on a journey tonight after fasting for 24 hours. ❤
@@RebuYogi I have yet to touch the mat I was going to give a list of excuses why I have not but instead I will tell u what I have implemented to help recenter self I have been meditating more doing my breath work and I've changed the music I was listening to I've been only listening to music the bring in goddess vibes I would have to say they have been working. I will be shopping for a new mat and soon I will get back to yogi life
You are always so on point about self… I find that I tend to get distracted, when emotions are involved or caring about others. I have compassion and love for others. I then, regroup and come back to Me, to the Creator. I appreciate you, your guidance……
