Aww, you and Hudson together how wholesome. Good job on you're 4 mile run, you still looked good even glistening in a bit of sweat. Like'd you're white skirt too, very fire 🔥Thanks for the entertaining vlog Marin. 💙
addendum.I see comments let me give u facts.....buy bigger than your feet 1/2 size to allow room for heat as not to lose toenails, buy 2 pair wash alternating, do not stretch day of race, bananas are great one a day, water, water but do not over drink, esp. race day, don't be afraid of aleve, you'll need it 2-3 sometimes twice a day . ASICS are the best for wear. always cover your skin u can in between race days......set new goals for health, drive, future , u have earned them. you will find runners more honest, down to earth, watch for the naturals as they tend to be pushy to gain something......especially those who have been running a while but haven't anything to show for it......
Marie., not harder than you thought, your body is capable of tiring your mind to take control, replacing doubt with diligence. Your body should control the ID as it is always out of balance, busy creating anxiety, to control judgement, looking for quick satisfaction, sacrificing long term benefits. Your decision to run was met with all kinds of doubt and the only way your mind let it is because it thought you would not do it. Now you have freed yourself from the bondage of controlled thinking. That's why so many fail..You, shown courage, bravery and on to mastery. You are leader now , be wise, don't be afraid to fail, Never, Never, be hard on yourself as the mind tries to bust you back down or any comments from others. remember your only one run away from complete victory............sir lancelot, you made me remember the greatness !! MADR. mothers against drunk runners. haha ..stay away from things which destroy mind and body, enjoy this marvelous time of your life.
You did amazing girl. Good job! Be proud of yourself, for mustering the courage, the strength and the mind power to go through this race. Keep on training and shortly these 10k will feel like 5k to you. Good luck!
