Scotty is one of Kranky’s friends and a transportation bird that takes Kranky to any place in exchange for scrumpy. The Scottish accent is just an excuse to have Demoman in the videos. There are other characters in the videos that sound like ones from Team Fortress such as Red Yoshi being Heavy, and Blue Yoshi being Soldier. The plush itself is just an old meanie beanie keychain named Peter Gotta Pee.
