This is terrible advice and does NOT line up with the most current research! Please educate yourselves from more reliable sources! I highly recommended the book Real Food For Pregnancy, by Lily Nichols. You can also find ALOT of interviews with her here on youtube. She is a registered dietician and diabetic educator for pregnant woman and also an expert researcher on the subject.

Good information on what to eat for a healthy pregnancy. However, linking it to preventing autism is no longer up to date. It could give misinformation. Could you remake this video with all your great research and relabel it as a nutrition guide for mothers with autism? More likely than not, if your child has autism the parent has it too as it is genetic and not “preventable”.
Unfortunately no particular food will assist in delaying menopause. Instead, it is recommend to eat a varied and nutritious diet (fresh veg, legumes, nuts and seeds, lean meats etc). x

I bought B6 100mg nature valley vitamins because that is all they have. My plan was to cut in 4ths (25 mg each) and take TID. Is this safe? The back of the bottle says “WARNING not intended for pregnant or nursing mothers…” Is this because of the dosage? Is my plan safe?
Hi there, Congratulations on your pregnancy! Many people accidentally consume things like hummus before becoming aware of their pregnancy and are ok. Now that you know, I recommend avoiding store bought hummus and instead think about making your own (and equally) delicious hummus! Team Melanie x
I'm so sorry to hear that you experienced an ectopic pregnancy. I would suggest avoiding veggies that would cause any digestive discomfort like broccoli or cabbage and instead consume fruits or veggies which are palatable and also colourful (berries etc). Take care x
