Hi, i have a problem here.. I installed kerui alarm at my office. My staff should close the door everynight and it will be armed as soon as the door is closed due to the door sensor. On one night, the door was not closed properly and the app showed, one door is opened "force arming" we only have one choice to select which is "confirm". And we closed the door properly after, the app still showed "door detected opened". This kind of message doesn't give me reassurance that my office's door is properly locked. Can you give me a solution? Thanks
Mau tanya.. Bel sy memakai kerui juga cuma yg pakai baterai 12 Volt, setelah pemakaian 3 thn.. Tombol tdk support ke bel yg di dalam rmh.. Sy coba ganti batrai baru ttp tidk bisa.. Batrai sebelumnya 12 V merk Ultra. Yg baru sy ganti merk Super. Apakah dari batrai yg tdk sesuai apa dari tombol apa karena umur pemakaian. Trm ksh
