Sarah Mohamed - I wish I had it! I guessed it from looking at a few recipes, that first batch in the video eat real nice, just like a good Trini pudding. But the second batch I made wasn't great..I think the first one was about 3 or 4 litres of blood, the equivalent of about about 10-15 hopsbread in UK white buns and bread, salt, scotch bonnet, (Congo pepper) ground black & white pepper, thyme and coriander (instead of Chadon Beni). Blood for the first one was from organic pigs too. We got the skins from a butcher that made sausages. If I make another batch I will note down the recipe and post it here : )

Just curious. These costumes are amazing but I met a lady at London's Panorama last week who had been a carnival queen for four years at Notting Hill. She was walking with a stick and put it down to the weight and effort of being a band queen all those years. How do you protect the welfare of those who dance and carry these costumes? I know some come with wheels but there must be more to it than that plus the costumes must change people's gravity centres and weight distribution. Are physios / medically- qualified people involved in health protection for these masqueraders? Thanks, Sue
Well unfortunately it's your opinion should I remind you this just the King and Queen preliminaries T&T carnival it more than just this by your very thought suggest it the best.
They will never beat Macfarlane not with bra and panties he will win every year Also those band leaders laughing to the bank with amount of money you spend on bra and panties
