When you were biasing it for tape, turning bias pots clockwise was there a drop off after a max point or did you just dial it back counter clockwise to the desired dB reduction ?

I want to put my camera on the telescope, but im afraid my camera and lens to heavy for the motor moving, can you tell w me how many kg does it can carry ( w telescope). And if the motor dont have the telescope, still it can reach the star? Thank you very much!
Thanks for educatung me in these two excellent machines, I have a qy10 that has had a "stroke" and is no longer useful as a step sequencer. I love the sound quality of both but will pick up the 100 which is more pleasing to my ear...

You're not going to find Jupiter if the prism bottoms-out on the mount and stops the scope from slewing up. You don't use the uprighting prism for stellar use anyway - you use the top eyepiece holder. Also, if you stall the motors (which you did), there's no telling what will happen.

the mkiii hasn't sync playback,and mic inputs(it was designed to work with a mixer) on the front.It was made for radio stations use...the front panel also is black.
