Many blogers and real estate brokers are promoting this project but nothing substantial has been achieved. The newest construction there is a villa which is one year already but still unfinished just imagine one villa takes more than 2 years to get it done. 😂.
The areas you just mentioned are all white residence. Kenya is becoming a white owned country just like South Africa. Where is your pride guys? You people are ceding your land and country to Europeans.

No offence, but 2 million for this?? You have got to be kidding me. Furnishing is basic at best and looks like a 3.5 star hotel that goes for 100-200 dollars per day. They definitely spent more time and resources focusing on the exterior. I visited a friend in one of the apartments, and asides the stunning view, everything else was sub par.

Tatu smart city in Kenya is better because it started around 2015 and it's now operational with learning institutions, alot of industries, more than 50 processing industries and real estates
Tatu is different. Eko atlantic city is for high rise building. Tatu is just like alaro city, maximum of 10 floors with mostly bungalows. Check out alaro of yesterday and see how it has grown. I don't like armchair critics
