First off, I DO NOT WhiteWater Car Wash facility to contact me back (even though I have left ten voice mail messages) but anyway - that's what customer service is. I took my 2017 Honda Accord Touring Hybrid to get it washed since it was too hot on June 19th where the employee ground guiding me into the bay had my car too much on the left hand side where it shuddered in order to align with the tracks. I wanted to take a look at my car to see how well the cleaning was because I spent over $1,600 two years ago to have it clear coated and have mainly to hand wash the car to avoid any scrapes or swirling. Upon checking the car when I got home, there were pock marks in the alloy wheels from the pictures I had taken. Anyway - I should have read all of the reviews before coming to your facility which is indifferent to issues such as this. I also left a complaint on the main web site yesterday where NO ONE has contacted me back. And I don't expect anyone to really to. I have also called four times now to the Beechmont - Cincinnati OH location where Saturday, June 22nd, I called again and spoke to Chris at WhiteWater where according to Chris - "I do not see any phone logs of anyone calling the office from last week" - which is a lie. When I informed him I called at their number (513) 853-3791 - he replies back and asks if perhaps I had called another number. ? He then tells me that I may have mis dialed the phone number and it went to another phone number. Another lie. I have the call logs where he tells me that it is stated company policy that any damages have to be reported on site, because they cannot assume damages once the vehicle leaves. If that is the case, then how can I perform that when it is right on the main access road and my car would have been hit if I walked out? And how do I know what corporate policy is? They never show you that when you pay for the service. Anyway, Chris then interrupts me, cuts me off - won't let me finish my sentences. He wants to get off of the phone call and does not want to pursue this. I even called the West Chester location where they took my name down and said someone will get back with me. That was Saturday, June 22nd, 2024. Laura from your corporate office took down my information June 30th and said someone would call me back. No response. So far, I have left mu;ltiple emails and just sent another to White Water along with a Google review and a Better Business complaint also and your facility will not contact me either.
I thought the blower dry area led color lights will turn red when at the dryer but all BlueWave sites it’s obviously same thing as Clearwater and same chemicals but difference is that blower area they turn red when the blower is on then they go back to original color light

Oh cool because I know there is another A-OK Dyna wash down on humble Texas. The place is called scooters place. 5220 Atascocita Road, Humble, TX 77346 One problem with this place is I check in Google Maps and It usually gets out of service, so hopefully one day when I visit this place it will be open. Plus when I’m near to the quick stuff, gas station I might film this place too.
Do you have any paint left after this wash ???? By the sounds of it it's atleast you dont need to use sandpaper anymore... It kinda made me cringe to hear them 'brushes'
It does sound horrible but it is equal to another other tunnel closed cell foam on cars and paint. The material does have a hard time reaching tight areas though.
Tommy's facilities are amazing! They are well-designed. But, I am not a fan that they only use two mitters. Would be better if some facilities had a top brush. The dryer section, I think these facilities would be better off with side dryers instead of side-buff/shines. After all, they do have a self-serve section.
I myself prefer top brushes over mitters, however, if somehow they got Sonny's mitters I would be so happy. I don't really like AVW mitters at all, or mitters that operate in a similar manner as them.
Mister has some really nice tunnels, I think this is the one that used to be Bubbles Express Car Wash with Belanger equipment. Also have you thought about getting to some San Antonio washes one day, there are a lot of good washes here

The one that opened in my area is a total scam. They seem to think if you use a card they can continuously take money without your authorization . When confronted they are very good about lying. So drivers beware this is a Tidal wave of scams
Hell no! Don’t ever take your car to any car wash like this if you value your cars paint job. Easiest way to scratch your cars paint is to drive it through one of these things. If you must go to a car wash, just go to one simply to use the power wash and that’s it. I would take three buckets with me 1. Wheels 2. Soap 3. Rinse bucket and bring my own soaps and microfiber wash mitt and microfiber towels. Then I bought myself a gas powered power washer so I could do all my own car washes at home. I’ve even self taught myself how to paint correct, ceramic coat and even vinyl wrapped and PPF my car myself and looks professional. Needless to say I value my vehicle and don’t trust anyone but myself to maintain and take care of them.🫡
This is a very nice car wash. In my opinion, there should be more Car Washes offering the same services this wash does, but with a towel drying station where employees hand dry cars after every wash if they want their car hand dried.
