Made a needle book yesterday following your tutorial. It turned out great! Thank you for the step by step instructions. I didn't have a sheet of sticky paper so I used several strips of doubled-sided carpet tape! I just put one strip next to the other until the fabric was completely covered. I'm looking for a way of keeping it closed, perhaps with some sort of fancy elastic or a binder clip? Or I could sew a little pouch for it!
Thank you so much! I'll have to make one myself. I wonder how It would look if i changed the crown in the middle to the other crowns? I think I might be obsessed XD
From one handy crafty person to another... THIS IS INCREDIBLE! I love it, you did an amazing job! Looks so nice! I'm impatient to let things dry, so... felt that hahaha. Great work!
I bought an awl to be ready for book binding and it is a great tool to have in your sewing area. If you want to sew some leather to mend anything it is priceless for poking holes and then your needle just slips through. 🇨🇦
Hi Allison. I think you have someone using your photos and work for a fake scam profile in the midwest. My friend says she's his fiance right now. I forget the name she even used you with your cat and maroon dress but you do great work just letting you know
Hi Allison! Great video! Love love love your makes! Beautiful! And they all fit you like a glove! I’m a new subscriber! So glad RU-vid recommended your video! Can’t wait to see more!
Hi Allison. I just found your channel. Everything you make turns out just beautiful. I would love to see a tutorial on how to make the denim jumper and denim half circle skirt. They are soooo cute and awesome pieces for a capsule wardrobe. I’m working my way thru your videos and enjoying seeing your makes. Cheers.
For your husband's shirt, on Amazon there is a sewing product called (Kam Snaps) the best snaps ever. You do need to buy the Kam snaps tool to set the Kam Snaps. 😉
Great video. You are ahead of the game for Christmas 😁. Glad your lotion turned out so well, it's a nice surprise when we create something unexpected and it turns out great.
Why orange? A theme party is fun but wearing orange? Cute top you whipped up :-) Nice tops but you must live far north to make dark colored mock turtle necklines for summer tops? Not finishing the bottom hem is a great idea. I don't tuck my tops in, ever, and sometimes I don't finish knit hems. They don't fray so why bother? Hmmm, didn't think of using citric acid for hair rinse but I would think that'd work for sure. What advantage is a charcoal bar? I take activated charcoal for heavy metals but what does it do as soap?
It was a very loose party theme - one of the presents a bunch of us made together was wrapped with an orange bow. Yeah, seasons here make no sense - its sweater weather most of the year. I mostly like using the charcoal for color but I think the idea is that it draws out impurities. There are a lot of face masks on the market with activated charcoal for this reason. I think the color is just pretty haha
That floral lace is so gorgeous! Could you make two separate pieces - a bodice from your lavender velvet and a skirt on elastic band like Emerald Erin did here - emeralderin.com/2018/04/dior-inspired.html
