honestly theres other factors involved still so its imperfect, the issue is you need tons of data to aggregate, but the integrity of that data on a large scale is pretty much impossible to guarantee
you need to be careful how you're measuring these percentages. monsters like rajang/fujang have altered move chances even by just standing to the side rather than in front - no instant punch, so it's probable other monsters are also affected by this.
i have looked into enraged/non-enraged there might be minor differences in redistribution, but will need a much larger dataset to confirm this. for all practical intents and purposes, enrage state always loses the "idle / filler / stretching" animations between attacks - i.e. attacks chain into each other without stopping, and the monster gets a speed bonus multiplier
Flagship has a cool name and moniker. I wonder what the set and weapons will look like. Chain sword dual blades? They already have the floppy fish dualblades from iceborne. I will likely get the ultimate edition because I get so much value out of the game already I don't mind spending more for the cosmetics. Since I don't really buy resident evil or the cosmetics in street fighter 6 games. I mainly like the stickers and geatures. But end of the day they are optional. I just hope there are many other costume stickers and geaturws that are free event quests as well. Debating getting a ps5 code as for on the go kind of taking my ps5 around. I don't mind the story. It's a huge improvement that the player character speaks and isn't just a grunting gesturing mute. I hope we get a Devil May Cry Vergil event quest for his set 😂
I hope we can skip all cutscenes. Every attempt for story and the dialogue writing hurts my core, and I want to keep my cringe exposure to a minimum. If Capcom is gonna suckle the DEI teet for money, at least throw us normal people a bone...
1:17 Correct, it’s a leviathan and Amatsu uses the leviathan skeleton 3:43 Also correct, it’s a brute wyvern and Great Maccao (and by extension the other 3rd gen raptors) uses the brute skeleton Looking forward to some more combat theory videos when the demo drops!
All signs are pointing to Arkveld being the flagship. It's on the cover (of both the regular and deluxe edition) and is strongly tied to the story like Nerg, Velkhana, etc...
A 2070s is years old. The 4060 Is a low-end card. The problem i am seeing is the frame gen part. That's crazy to put on requirements. Just take a faster card to use as the 60fps requirement.
@@ironmaidenmetalgod yea... I have a 3070 so no frame gen. And I play at 4k. It's not the right card for that but with DLSS upscaling and some slightly reduced settings I have been fine so far. I might have to upgrade for Wilds lol.
Bro its very obvious those cosmetic dlcs aren't something mh team wants to do, its clearly something capcom corpo forces them to add for more money. By buying cosmetics you dont support shit, you want to support the team buy day 1 or full price and dont buy cosmetics atall, that way the corpo team will know the game has high demand and cosmetic dlcs have very low demand. Just buying the game and its normal dlc is enough to support. Also its a 70 dollar game, i dont think we should be giving more money.
Rey Dau (thor magala) vs the White Wraith looks dope. It kinda gave me Magnamalo or Nergigante vibes the way it challenges the "apex of the region". In the opening scenes I thought the blue lightning and scale pattern was like Zinogre's tail. Keep the content rolling man. Hyped for the demo
Its the first thing I noticed. After Espinas made it too Rise, we are getting more Frontier recognition which is nice. Now I wait for the badass scorpion and the armored crab
@@yunaka_gaming yeah actually this whole game so far seems to be seeing a lot of frontier influence, especially in the weapons too. A lot of the new moves the weapons got were ripped straight from frontier, like LS having extreme style spirit release (except they seem to have made it way more broken in this game somehow), gunlance being able to evade shell + the running side sweep, bunch of the stuff dual blades has now.. I'm really glad that a lot of the really cool ideas they had in frontier aren't going to waste
Base $69.99 Deluxe $89.99 Premium $109.99 0:26 probably the new chief ecologist /shrug 1:25 amatsu/namielle skeleton /shrug 2:21 palamute wall run from risebreak 3:03 palico seems to be translating felyne tribe's language for you 3:27 maybe canteen palico staff (?) 5:41 proof of a hero 2025 soundtrack kicking in? 6:28 "white wraith" artwork
i mash and double tap 70% of my regular combos. with how input buffering and delay and whatever works in sunbreak, it has never been an issue, and my combos almost always come out frame perfect.
yeaaah this fucks me over all the time lol. i'll be in demon mode with my dual blades for example, and i want to do my standard triangle button combo. so i'll just mash the triangle button, realize that i mashed too far and now im stuck in a long combo that i cant get out of, and get punished. i need to practice just hitting the button a couple of times to throw a few quick hits out instead of mashing
This is such an excellent video. While MH doesn’t have as brutal input delay as say, Elden Ring, the slightest misinput can completely skew your combo off kilter. This can be particularly fatal with weapons that revolve around high-commitment animations, especially GS.
As "brutal input delay" as Elden Ring? You mean actually queues inputs so they don't get dropped constantly? This game has awful input recognition. You press anything a fraction of a second too early and its completely ignored.
Cool! I think a takeaway I got even though you didn't say it: if perfect inputs are ingrained, you will have a innate internal tempo to know whether or not there's time for another attack
Asmongold is a decent player, I play the weapons i like [Switch axe and Hunting Horn] and ive 100% completed the game in 2000 hours on both female and male chars lol but Asmon is far from being a Great player. Weapon doesnt matter if u know how to use em
I started with long sword then switched to lance. In my opinion if we consider defence, offence and mobility lance will comes on top,it just need guard level 3 otherwise chip damage will be very high.
I played every weapons in this game (solo) so here's MY top hardest weapons in the game based on how easy it is to beat the game (solo) with it as a beginner (#1 is the hardest #14 is the easiest): #1 Sword and Shield #2 Heavy Bowgun #3 Light bowgun #4 Hunting Horn #5 Lance #6 Switch axe #7 Charge Blade #8 Insect Glave #9 Gunlance #10 Hammer #11 Dual blade #12 Bow #13 Greatsword #14 Long sword Greatsword and Long sword, despite being hard to fully master, are REALLY beginner friendly due to their high mobility, (with greatsword for exemple, your weapon is almost never draw, so you're always very fast so it's easier to learn the monster moveset, and the poke cancel just allows you to do a lot of mistakes). Greatsword and Long sword are the best weapons to learn the game atleast in my opinion.
came to your channel because it popped up when you were giving Asmongold a (very valid) weapon recommendation. stayed because I like your self-critiques and it's fun to watch your gameplay -- keep the charge blade hunts coming brother!
