Hey John, you can find our PL05 Pop Filter on our website! www.telefunken-elektroakustik.com/product/pl05-pop-filter-tf29-tf39-tf47-tf51-c12-ela-m-251e-and-more/
To me... TF39 is the winner for sure. Only because it's the closest to the 251E/C12 in compression/eq for a ridiculously lower price. for the other 4... slightly less boom rejection, boosted mids, and sacrificed highs.
Thanks for good demo. I’m a bit confused with how to assign mic for vocalists, since either way you will end up tweaking eq. For example, I understand that M81 has more boost on high freq, so is this the best mic for high tenor voices guys like Journey, Ed Sheeran, Justin Timberlake etc? To “boost” of their highs even more? or is it best to rather go with M80, to “tame” their highs?

just saw this one and the U47 comparison. the m81 here doesn't sound as good on your voice as the U47 does. I guess m81 is really just a live performance type of mic, or if youre looking for that tone.
Very often 300-400HZ on kick has very important info. Not sure why anyone wuld cut this info out. Better to have it and EQ it than not even start with it. Ridiculous choice for a manufacturer. Crazy price point too. Then again, Teletubbyfunken does a lot of odd things these days.
