My daughter like yours was about 33 years old when she transitioned, a day after her funeral I was walking to my laundry room and with her auburn hair, she walked in front of me, looking a little dazed. I called out her name and she disappeared but I was completely coherent and know she was in front of me! I hope your RAchel and my Amy have met as they sound very much alike. Love that she is Catholic and doing the work of God sharing that the afterlife is real . And I love that it shows that it is not only priests and nuns that have a direct line to what they call heaven xxxx

I too attended a “heavy” rock group shortly after my son’s crossing. While those groups are great for some parents, I have found HPH to be far more loving and uplifting for my journey. Loved meeting these amazing parents.
The anniversary of my car crash is August 13, I was almost killed in the 4 cars wreck! I was over 7 months pregnant with my daughter " Christina"" my 1st child and she passed that night! My baby girl would have been 30 on August 14! She visit's me often as I lay on my bed or at my computer she moves my hair with her tiny hands it tickles and bring's a smile to my face every time! I hope this will bring comfort to other parents! Cheers

I’m watching this 9 moths after this came on. I truly think my son lead me to Mark and all the resources I was able to find through him. Not sure if this will be seen- My question is- I was trying so had to do the diaphragm breathing correctly . I caught myself doing it wrong then fixed it over and over. Does this not work with regular breathing? Do you have to use diaphragmatic breathing? Thanks
